3. Review and Evaluation of Change Management Plan
In the
review and evaluation of the change management model plan, the key driver of
the existing company faced some notable issues which are significantly
dangerous for the productivity of the company change, as well as the cost on
the products, was too high. So the manager did gather the company’s respected
staff to perform brainstorming on those threats and risks because the
evaluation of the employees was complicated. So, the company needs a change at
that time. The manager did write an email and sent it to the CEO and the top
management which showed the expected risks and the results including the
attendance of the employee. He also presented the whole change management
report in front of all related stakeholders and they did approve that change
model to bring in the company. I also evaluate this report and also evaluated
the change that is currently introduced in the company. Some flaws such as the
lack of communication I have found in it which needed to be changed. The
manager again brought improvements into the company and now it looks far better
now and all the employees are also feeling good and free by having this change
because they are now performing their jobs better now.
