In
the review and evaluation of the change management model plan, the key driver
of the existing company faced some notable issues which are significantly dangerous

objectives are for the change in the management are: the enhancement in the revenue
on the capital within the two years around 8 percent, enacting the change for
the transformation of the company which will change all the information to the
digital format, the distribution site as well as to achieve the efficiencies in
the cost by the moving to a smaller office from the head office.
The communication as well as the
education plan needs some changes in the model of the communication plan as
well as the education plan to bring improvement to educate the trainees as well
