In many cases, I have analyzed that his attitude and behavior was never good with his employees. But some of his employees were extremely loyal to him and always stuck around him.

One of the most important things was that his personality. He had a unique personality, and also his leadership style is unique that is totally different than the other leaders of the world. But Steve Jobs was always involved in maintaining such an amazing environment for the employees so that they are able to achieve the main goals of the organization. Without his effective leadership, this company cannot be formed. The reason was that he had given almost everything to that company.

He always thought that his team is able to achieve anything for the company, and also, his employees know how valuable they are for the company. They know that their invention would change the future of the world. This is just because of Steve’s personality and attitude because he always motivates them with perfection (Jackson & Marriott, 2012)
