 a) Personal role and responsibilities for stakeholder

The project team will discuss all important information about time schedules, selected plans and resources for project deliverables as well as the requirement for funds to complete these requirements. Project subordinate team will have to follow up the designed plan of the project management team including Project Manager, Operation Manager, Projects Resources Manager, and Supervisor of IT team including developers and designers. However, the project team will discuss different information with project stakeholders in accordance with the plan and level of stakeholder’s interest in a particular activity in the group. In the process of communication, the project management team will participate. The project management team will discuss the project plan and schedules related information with the stakeholders particularly project investors in the meeting. Furthermore, the project management team will also present a prototype to the executive managers of the company and representatives of the client organization. The project management team will provide proof and evidence about project schedule baseline will communicating about it in front of client company thus project team would easily influence the decision of client organization and investors in the favor of their organization. All relevant documents will be sent through the use of electronic mails and the physical mail system. In short, all possible resources would be used to keep stakeholders updated with the project.
