These Terms & Conditions below highlights all the packages that we provide for the merchants to extend their businesses, along with the terms, guidelines, and policies regarding each package. These Terms & Conditions apply to all of our merchants who aim to use our services. We require 1500AED for a deposit which will be returned to the merchant’s account as soon as the contract is canceled. This deposit meant to secure the partnership relation and to provide the customer’s accommodations.

Terms of materials of company’s policies

All of the marketing materials are required for the publishing purpose and the entire Itreat branding requires authorization first before they will able to use or announce our company.

Eligibility of company’s policies

In order to create a merchant agreement with Itreat, you must be:

Able to perform legally mandatory agreements

Acquire sufficient experience, knowledge, and appropriate understanding regarding the entire principles of the services that we provided

Have a full authority to access the legal communication and would not violate any legal interactions by doing so

Have never recorded to be suspended or eliminated from our merchant list formerly

Properly understand all the risks related to the merchant agreement with your email address, which intended and meant for your own benefit, instead for on behalf of another party

From all of our descriptions above, you would further agree, represent, and also guarantee that you would not violate any part included in these Terms & Conditions.

Payment method of company’s policies

Itreat accepts all channels for the payment method. Once the merchant has opened an account, we will also activate their generated invoice monthly.

Email Policies of company’s policies

It is your own responsibility to maintain your email address to always up-to-date with Itreat, with a purpose to make sure that we would able to communicate online with you. You have acknowledged and agree that you would be responsible in case if you would not able to receive any type of online communication that we have sent through your email, due to you have provided incorrect email address, expired email, or your email address have been blocked by your service provider, or other circumstances such as, if you are incompetent to receive any type of online communication.

You agree and approve to receive any verification emails sent by Itreat to perform online communications regarding the merchant agreement. 

Termination of company’s policies

Below are the terms regarding the termination case for this merchant agreement.

The extraordinary right termination for fundamental reasons remains to be unaffected. Itreat is entitled thereto:

In specific within the obligations event of unauthorized interferences of the merchant in the Itreat platform.

Terminate the merchant agreement immediately in case if the merchant is not enough eligible to continue the merchant agreement.

Terminate the merchant agreement if the merchant is not eligible in the context of payment.

Consequence of Termination of company’s policies

In case of any termination of this merchant agreement, then the merchant has to stop using Itreat service immediately and return back all the documents provided forthwith. Any costs and expenses arising from the termination processes will be tolerated by the merchant.

Special Conditions of company’s policies

Itread at any time has the capability to:

Reject to partnering with a merchant that we found not enough reliable to avail our services

Execute any other conditions or restrictions regarding the merchant agreement with also giving a notification to the merchant

Permanently or temporarily modify or discontinue any part of this Terms & Conditions

Itreat has the full right to change or modify these Terms & Conditions in our exclusive inclination at any time. We will deliver a notification to all of the merchants regarding the changes or modifications through email.

The Entire Agreement of company’s policies

This merchant agreement sets within a complete view, acknowledgment, and agreement by way the focus material hereof replaces any part of the entire agreement, discussions, and acknowledgment, as well as every nature between the merchants and itread. In case is there would be any modification required to this agreement in the future, then it must be formed in proper written documents and must also be signed by both the merchant and also itread.

By accepting this merchant agreement, you agree that the whole Terms & Conditions are private and you could not allocate or transmit to any other party.
