questionnaire will be filled by 250 participants. The participants have the
option to skip any of the questions which they think is not important or not
appropriate for them to answer. The semi-structure interview will also be
conducted for gathering the data.
The
questionnaire is used for this exploratory research study as the instrument of
the study. The adapted questionnaire is used which is designed by considering
the five-point Likert ranging scales and the questionnaire consists of the
three demographic questions like age, gender, employment status and educational
level. The close-ended questionnaire is used for the exploratory research
study, and the questionnaire is designed in easy English language.
The
Adapted questions are those questions that are self-generated for the
conveniences of the respondents. A total of ten questions are designed for all
of the independent and dependent variables. Two question designs for each
variable because there are 5 variable one dependents and 4 independent
variables. See Appendix. The questionnaire will be distributed to the
participants by e-mail and using personal contacts for collecting the data
related to the questionnaire. For filling the questionnaire the proper
permission letter will be taken from the University for this Research Work.
There
are several methods for collecting the data from the respondent of the research
study as the millennial participants but the survey method is chosen for the
research study. Because the survey is the best method for analyzing the
questionnaire in effective manners. All the respondents will be ensured by
providing them a Confidentiality statement, Data protection statement,
Anonymity statement and Right to end or refuse statement on the top of the
questionnaire which will be part of the research as well in the appendix
section. The data will be collected according to the ease and conveniences of
the participants who are the respondent for this study. The interviews are also
utilized to conducting the research study and the interviews are conducted from
the ten managers of the various organization. These managers re performing in
these companies on various designations in order to offer the various strategies
to their business.
Data analysis tools and techniques

gathering the data the data analysis will be performed. It is highly important
to analyses the data because if the data is not analyzed then the reliability
and validity of the data will not be known. As discussed earlier the
descriptive research approach has been implemented for gathering the data from
the individuals. In this study both types of data will be gathered, which
include secondary data & primary data. The secondary data will be gathered
by conducting the Literature review and by collecting data from books &
credible internet sources. The data has been analyzed by using the SPSS
software. The SPPS is the best tool that is used for analyzing the data in
effective manners this tool is best fit for such kind of analysis because it
generates the charts, graphs and tables. By using this software the data can be
interpreted in a good way. The chances of data manipulation can be minimized by
the utilization of this software. This is one of the most important and best
tools of the econometrics the statics are referred to as the. It is utilized to
charts, graphs and the data can be explored and presented for generating the
relationship of the various constructs.
Research limitations of Strategic Management in Social
Media
There
was not any particular limitation for this research because this research study
is conducted by using both research methods. There were issues with the lack of
integrated technology to have effective contact with the respondents in the
various companies is a big problem, as far as the marketing process of the
company is concerned. Lack of integrated and modern technology impairs the
process of the respondent’s engagement. A person expects that if they act in a
definite method or carry out certain responsibilities, they are likely to
accomplish their preferred result. In the place of work, this result, given
that it’s optimistic, is the main driver that be able to force the
responsibilities given to workers are carried out. The input is to the attainment
of the uppermost possible consequences deceit to identify the feature that
forces each person in the labor force. It’s critical that separately from
bearing in mind that the concluding result is valuable, the employees also
consider that they are competent in performing the specific mission that’s
predictable from them.
