5G is different generation technology of cellular networks. It was introduced recently in late 2018. It will be considered as one of the most important Technology oriented trend in 2020 and upcoming years. It will positively contribute towards significant improvement in speed of internet connection. 4G is responsible for providing speed of approximately 20 MBPS while 5G will be responsible for providing speed of approximately 500 to 1500 MBPS. According to statistics, approximately more than 30 billion devices will be in use by the end of 2020. Due to increase in number of devices and mobile phones, it is clear that usage of internet of things Technology will positively grow with the passage of time (Marr, 2019).

This technology will positively contribute towards usage of enhanced number of mobile devices in a single area. Size of fifth generation Technology signal towers is significantly smaller. Introduction of this technology will not only help to improve the performance of Information Technology industry but will also help to improve the performance and business of mobile phone related companies. Most of the companies are expected to purchase this service in late 2020 because most of the countries are looking to launch this new technology in 2020. It has been already partially launched in some countries but it has not been launched on its full-scale.
