undertakings within a school environment teachers and administrators have some
autonomy as to how (or even if) change is affected. The more opportunity and
encouragement people are given to have some input, the more control they will
feel and the more “buy in” will occur with the staff (Brennan,

the After-school programs
At the very
beginning, four thing will have to be considered at the time of planning of the
social activities such as target of the social change, the agents or the key
drivers of the social change (Kirsch, 2013), the relationships
among the key driver or the agent to the social target of the change as well as
what will obtain the support of the public to achieve the goal?

the After school programs as social change strategies
The targets of
the social change are always become sensitive for the requirements of the
change. If we take a look on a single person, the goals will become to change the
values, feelings, personal attitudes, the behaviors as well as the perceptions
of the individual persons. On the other side, the whole group of people
including women of the United States, the goals will be different such as to
make change in the size of the group, the formation of the group, incentives to
the participation, current status of the hierarchies, the channels, styles of
the communication as well as the relationships among the communities or the
groups including the race, religion as well as the gender.

school programs as social change strategies
The agents or
the key drivers of social change remain always in the search of the very
simplest the strategy. Furthermore, they always focus on making the good,
powerful as well as beneficial relationships and maintain this relationship
with the target of the change as well as the maximum cooperation with them.
During the research, three different groups are identified of the driver of the
change. The three groups are also classified as; the administrators, directors
and the organizers. Secondly, the political supporters as well as the financial
backers. Thirdly, the professional staff or the supportive consultant, the
volunteers as well as the employees (Cajaiba-Santana, 2014).

If there is inequality among the target
and the key drivers on some grounds while no on the others as well as the
objective is to opposite such kind of inequality.
