report to overcome the issues.

first company which is to be analyzed is Al Baik company which is serving its
customers in different variety of fast food based in Saudi Arabia. Al Baik has
great taste and quality product as well as with great performance in the
logistics of supply chain management strategy which take the company on the
heights of success, and the company is ruling the market with great ideas. The
art of frying chicken and to build taste with the variety of food as well as
the company has managed the different outlets in the different countries to get
expansion in the business (Pagano & Liotine, 2019). This made
the company able to work with strong stability in the market, which is based on
the activities which have registered the company in various countries to
overcome the chances to ruin the brand name (Albaik. com, 2019).
The
second company is Almarai Co, which is also based in Saudi Arabia which is
producing dairy food and product not only in Saudi Arabia but all around the
Gulf countries with a large number of distributions (Almarai. com, 2019). The company
is always looking forward to expanding the business in the market which is
based only strong supply chain management. The company is currently negotiating
with various logistics and warehousing business to develop the strategies of
providing their product to the end-user and all these are just possible with a perfect

& Gibson, 2019).
The
third company is Emirates Airlines, which is considered as best airline in the
world. Emirates Airlines UAE based company which is operating with 2500 flights
on three terminals. The airline is offering services in 122 cities within the
74 countries with several employees. The airline is owned by the government
which is divided into different departments. Supply chain management is an
integral part of Emirates Airlines which every airline wants to get competitive
advantage in the market. SCM is defined as combining all the effects of the
company which includes in production and distribution of the services from
supplier to manufacturer to final consumers. Every stakeholder is engaged in
supply chain management to operate the business (Emirates. com, 2019).

Baik has more than 40 outlets in Saudi Arabia, which is considered as most
important fast food restaurant which is serving the people in fried chicken by
registering the business in different cities with strong foundations. The company
is going to increase its variety by adding some more flavor in the spice of
fried chicken, which is required to develop with the perfect supply chain
management.
Almarai
Co is established in 1977 and leading the market with dairy products and juices
within the distribution in a large chain of supply within the coverage of
Africa at reasonable prices. The company is expanding its variety of products
with some extra products such as fresh juice and bakery items with reasonable
prices to the public (Singh & Hagahmoodi, 2017).
Emirates
Airlines is conducting operations in the different departments of the functions
which are combining different elements in the separate production and
distribution of the product to the final consumers. Emirates Airlines is
providing best quality with high technology products for repair of aircraft,
maintenance and serving the customers. It provides support to Emirates Airlines
to contracts with other parties which could plan and implement high quality
product to the customers (Hassen & Bilali, 2019).
