The general aim of this research is to find out impact
employees motivation on job performance improvement, efficiency, and productivity
in Oman Arab Bank. According to the research study of Nohria (2008), managers
develop strategies to boost employee’s motivation to ensure engagement and
satisfaction towards job positions. Employee’s turnover decrease when employee’s
motivation increases which is beneficial for organizations (Nicola Bellé, 2013).
Employee’s motivation can be enhanced by satisfying their
psychological and physiological needs. Employee motivation support employee’s
performance efficiency and contribute to the increase in profitability Dobre
research findings present that in the presence of competitive forces
organizations need have creativity and innovation in performance which is
directly dependent upon employee motivation towards work. Employee’s motivation
can improve their performance outcomes and reduces turnover rate (Dobre, 2013).
HR practices for employee motivation encourage employees to
bring refinement and advancement in their skills and work outcomes. Motivation
encourages employees to learn new skills and deal with challenges effectively (Lăzăroiu, 2015). Additionally,
research findings of Leete show that intrinsically motivated employees are a
source to develop a competitive advantage. Researcher present that wages and
salaries have a direct relation to employee’s performance and employee’s
motivation (Elnaga & Imran, 2013).

Proposed Methodology of
The effect of employee motivation on job performance in Oman Arab bank, al
khoud branch
The research study is an
investigative research study which has a focus on two variables employees'
performance outcomes and employee's motivation. Employee motivation is an
independent variable (Cherian & Jacob, 2013). While employees
performance is the dependent variable. The research study will be based on
quantitative data analysis collected from the selected research samples.
Employees working in the Oman Arab bank, al khoud branch are selected as
research samples. Data will be collected through the use of the questionnaire.
Moreover, statistical analysis including regression and correlation testing
will be used to analyze data and interpret research data findings (Shahzadi, et al., 2014).
