Introduction
of Poor Recruitment and distribution of employees in the Organization
In this paper, there is complete information about the
cycling problem in Ottawa. It can be noted that there is a lot of traffic
issues in Canada due to this, their government is focusing on the cycling
option in the city of Ottawa. This paper will discuss in detail comprehensive
information on the infrastructure of cycling in Ottawa. Due to this policy,
many citizens started to use a cycle to travel from one place to another. But
the problem was that there was a lot of collusion during the cycling trips in
that country. This paper will discuss some important points related to the
safety issue of cycling in that city.
Background on
the project of Poor Recruitment and distribution of employees in the
Organization
In Canada, there were a lot of traffic issues in the
country. due to this, the country has focused on resolving this issue by
introducing cycling. Just after a few years, they were able to apply cycling on
the roads of Ottawa. There were many people in that country choosing cycling to
move towards one place to another. They are also going to work, school, and
colleges on cycles. In Ottawa, the government of Canada had also introduced a separate
line for cyclists so that they can easily drive on that lane and go anywhere
they want. At the start, there were a lot of accidents that had been faced by
cyclists. The main reason is that there were a lot of issues for the cyclists because
they have to complete the trip and there was no specific lane for them. The tracks
for the cyclist were not proper (Buehler & Pucher, 2012).
Key issues
connected with cyclingof Poor Recruitment and distribution of employees in the
Organization
There are some issues in Ottawa that faced by
cyclists. All of these issues are discussed in a proper way in this section.
1.
Frogger on waller of Poor Recruitment and distribution of
employees in the Organization
The location is located at Stewart and
waller street
The main problem was
that the route for the bike is not good. The main reason is that the cyclist
has to cross the road before they have to go towards the other side of the
road. It can be seen that at waller street the path of the cyclist is split and
then cyclist has to move towards the other side of the road bypassing the heavy
loaded trucks without traffic lights.
There is a requirement
of the cross the bus and truck lane and also passed through the huge traffic and
this traffic will not be stopped or slow so it will be always a huge risk for
the bikers (Bisson, Eng, Whitehead, & Maxwell, 2011).

Shimmy sidewalk of Poor Recruitment and distribution
of employees in the Organization
It is located at the bay street near to
wellington
This issue is also one
of the huge ones for the cyclist. The main reason is that there is a designated
bike lane for the cyclist located on Percy Street. Now the problem is that if
someone wanted to go from the wellington street to Percy Street so that person
has to take the detour for about many blocks and then move towards that street.
This means that the bikers have to move in the totally opposite direction if
they wanted to go to Percy street. Their many bikers that have raised this
issue by saying that we have to go towards totally opposite direction when we
have to reach there due to this we take the sidewalk and go towards Percy
street. That is completely unsafe and not good for the pedestrians (Franovic & Andrew, 2018).

3.
Present in soup of Poor Recruitment and distribution
of employees in the Organization
It is located at the Chaudiere Bridge in
Ottawa.
This is the main bridge that is
connecting the city with different government buildings. Bypassing towards the
bridge, the cyclist thought that they are in the soup. The main reason is that
in summers the level of water had been increased and touch the boundary of the
bridge. on the other hand, as it can be seen from the figure below that, there
is no proper pavement and railing for the cyclist at the bridge. That is
completely unsafe for them because they have to cross the bridge with risk. They
said that it is extremely scary for us when we have to cross that bridge.
It is extremely difficult to expand the
bridge. The main reason is that it will take time and money. The government has
to think about this issue and make it save for the bikers to pass from that
bridge (Borghese, Brooks, Steven Earl, & Naddaf, 2012).

4.
Coronary bypass of Poor Recruitment and distribution
of employees in the Organization
It is located on the
lnnes road near to Blackburn Hamlet bypass. This bypass can give a heart attack
to the bikers. As it can be seen from the figure given below that there is no
boundary for the cyclists so whenever any fast car pass from the cycle so can
imagine that feeling properly. The flow of traffic is extremely fast, and they
can easily hit the biker that only moves with 20 km/h. at the left. The cyclist
also highlights that there are sensors for the biker and they are also not
working properly. Due to this, it is extremely difficult for us to pass through
this bypass (Fedoriuk, Saqib, & Patel, 2019).

5.
Merge emergency of Poor Recruitment and distribution
of employees in the Organization
Located at 417 on-and-off ramps
This can be explained
through the help of an example of Woodroffe Avenue. It can be noted that there is
a lot of cyclists that are crossing the Queensway on the Woodroffe. For that,
they have to make the cut and then moved on-ramp. This situation is extremely
dangerous for the biker because they may be bumped into the heavy traffic. This
is one of the huge risks for the biker when they are moving towards the
Queensway. On the other hand, when they are successful in passing the road,
they may not feel well about this condition because they must have to beware of
cars. There are many cyclists that are raising this issue about this crossing,
and they also said that it is one of the huge life risks (Franovic & Andrew, 2018).
2 policy
recommendations of Poor Recruitment and distribution of employees in the
Organization
For all of these issues, there is a need for proper
policy recommendations for the government and the cyclists.
Plan for
supporting the cycling of Poor Recruitment and distribution of employees in the
Organization
The first one is related to cycling supporting
planning. The government of that country has to work on making a proper plan
that will support the cyclist. As it can be noted that there are many places in
Ottawa in which the cyclist are facing the problem and also face a lot of
accidents. If the government is unable to focus on these policies so they may
trouble the citizens of that country. Moreover, there is a need to enhance the
city’s transportation master plan for the country by defining each and every
street in a proper way. This is because, through this, it will be quite easy
for the cyclist to move from one place to another without any risk (Borghese, Brooks, Steven Earl, & Naddaf, 2012).
Provide
them quality facilities of Poor Recruitment and distribution of employees in
the Organization
The government of this country must have to provide
quality facilities to the biker. These facilities can contain different types
like
·
Shared lanes
with mixed traffic
·
Proper cycling
tracks
·
On-street bike
lanes
·
Multiuse
pathways
Conclusion of Poor Recruitment and distribution of
employees in the Organization
Summing up all the discussion from above, it is
concluded that the government of that country must have to give proper facilities
to the bikers so that they are able to move on the road without any risk. In
this paper, we have highlighted five main issues the biker is facing in that
city. The main reason is that the cyclist has to cross the road before they
have to go towards the other side of the road. There is a requirement of the cross
the bus and truck lane and also passed through the huge traffic, and this
traffic will not be stopped or slow, so it will always be a huge risk for the
bikers. Now the problem is that if someone wanted to go from the wellington
street to Percy Street so that person has to take the detour for about many
blocks and then move towards that street. Their many bikers that have raised
this issue by saying that we have to go towards totally opposite direction.
