In this modern life, stress assumes to be an important
factor that affects human life. Stress is part of everyone’s life. Every person
thinks that I am the only one who has the most stress but its wrong because
everyone has different stress. Moreover, everyone deals with the good and bad
faces of his life that puts them in stress. But they can cure that stress by
dealing with it in a positive way. There are several kinds of stress through
which the human body faces discomfort. For instance, a student has a stress of
his studies, a worker has a stress of his work to be delivered on time, also
the stress, and these days are commonly by the family relations and many more.
In human life, there are many persons who can relate with
the stress such as, in the life of students they face the stress of exams and
also some students commit suicide because they can’t bear that stress, (Varvogli & Liza, 2011) but this is not the
appropriate way to deal with the stress. The appropriate way is to provide them
proper stress management otherwise, other students think that suicide is the
only way to get relieved from the stress, and it should be harmful to our
society (MacDonald, 2016).
On the other hand, some people move towards drugs to run
away from stress and to get mentally relax. In this case, there is also a lack
of stress management. If our young generation is moved to drugs then our
society is not in the safe hands. We should give them proper counselling about
how to manage stress.
Nowadays, another big reason for stress is unemployment,
because a huge percentage of our youth in the country is unemployed. And due to
this, they go through many kinds of problems such as the financial problem
which is the main reason for mental stress. Most of the people these days are
in the stress due to this reason. They should work hard to get employed instead
of being into stress (Choi & Seung, 2013).
Now moving to another reason that brings stress to human
life is the clash between the family relations. Instead of being into stress we
should handle that stress by resolving the issues between the families. There
is also a need for proper counselling on how to get rid of stress.
So, from the above discussion we came to the point that everyone has some different sort
of stress in his life, some has a stress relating to studies and some has a
stress relating to family relations and many more kinds because the life of
every person is different from the other persons, but to prevent that stress we
should bring a change in our routine, such as we should go out on a vacations
to discard stress and we should be in our friends gathering to get rid from the
stress because by being in the gatherings we should overcome stress (White & Laura, 2012).
Human life is a mixture of happiness and sadness as some
days are very lively and gives you great happiness but in some other days
humans have to face hardship and challenges therefore, the bitter reality is
that our life is made of mixture of things in which alongside the happy days,
the sad and bad days cannot be ignored. The good days brings happiness and
peace of mind but the hard days bring sadness and cause stress. Therefore, instead
of ignoring the difficulties of life the humans should focus on to effectively
deal with these difficulties and stress is one of them (Green berg, 2017).
How is
topic applied in clinical setting?
My topic
Stress Management clinical and
non- clinically straightforwardly related to people because the phenomena of
STRESS directly related to people whether in individual or in organizational
perspective .it directly applied to human
because STRESS is the human reaction human have to unreasonable weight
or various types of interest put upon them. Stress emerge when people got
worried that they can’t handle or cope with it. Stress is wear and tear our
bodies and mind as people try to tackle with their changing environment. During
stress faze people keep worry remain Frightened, Tired, Anger, Tense and feel
depression as well (Powell, 2015).
In clinical setting this topic could be
applied as most of the people are unable to recognise the stress therefore,
when they are not identifying the stress then they are not able to find the way
to deal with the management. In this situation, the clinical role appears as
the person visits the medical practitioners or psychiatrists in search of finding
for the pain he has been facing. In this situation, the stress management
techniques that have been discussed in the precious paper providers’ great
understanding that before going to the medication the practitioners should
consider the meditation that have been discussed in the previous report to deal
with the stress (Stagl, 2015). However, in some
cases, the stress level reached to far that the practitioners got very short
time to deal with the patient therefore, only in such situations the meditation
techniques is not found effective as it is slow process of stress management.
Therefore, to help the patient to come out of such situation, the patients are
provided medication rather than using the meditation.
How could
my topic contribute to non-clinical setting?
To understand the effectiveness of the
previously discussed topic on stress management in non-clinical setting, it can
be seen that when people recognise the stress then they have plenty of options
to deal their stress. Subsequently, the stress management techniques discuss in
the previous work enables every person to manage his stress through the
self-evaluation and self-motivation process. In the same manners when a person
applies the stress management techniques he can pave the way to deal with the
difficulties and to turn the unfavourable situation into the favourable (MacDonald, 2016). Moreover in
opposite conditions, a person who is not aware about the stress cannot come out
of it and the effects of stress on the body, mind and behaviours continuously
increases that resulted in the form unwanted and severe conditions such as
mental and physical torture, suicide and killing of someone. Therefore, when my
topic is applied in non-clinical setting then it comes to know that how stress
management helps in making this society a better place to lie for people.
Stressors have two types Internal &
External like Physical environment (Noise, Heat, Bright light, little spaces),
Major life event (Lost of job, Birth & Death, promotion), Social
interaction (Bullying, rudeness, Authoritative attitude, Aggressiveness by
others) reside under external stressor (MacDonald, 2016).
In current modern era in corporate
sector occupational stress is a serious issue for both organizations and
individuals. Organisational rule & regulations and deadline are major
stressors as well. Negative Stress can cause burnout, headaches, ill health, insomnia,
absenteeism, lowered morale and reduced performance and efficiency .if remain
unrelieved can bring harmful physical, mental health where as positive stress can provide a advantageous result instigating motivation
and care, outfitting the induction to adjust to testing conditions. Stress in
like manner gives the sentiment of genuineness and availability required for
survival while standing up to compromising circumstances (Greenberg, 2017).
Could my topic contribute
to more positive world?
I believe that my topic largely contribute to a more
positive world because every other person is suffering some sort of stress. In
some cases people are facing mild stress whereas in other cases people are
facing severe stress but in some manners stress exists in everyone’s life.
Unfortunately, people do not understand that they are suffering through some
sort of stress and then stress started to reflect through their actions that
could be extend to mental or physical torture, mental and physical syndromes,
suicide attempt, and even under the influence of stress people sometime takes
life of others. In this reflection, stress creates negativity in life.
Subsequently, my research has helped the readers to identify the stress by
understanding the causes of stress as well as it also has discussed some
possible options to manage different types of stress (MacDonald, 2016).
Stress
management can contribute to more positive world by playing its role to cope
with these issues better stress management can benefit both in clinical and
non-clinical perspectives by (Powell, 2015);

method so as to oversee or deal with work environment stress expects you to
recognize the wellspring of stress. The individuals who are getting pushed all
the time can keep a pressure diary to check the distinctive dimensions of
