they have major scope in the HR according to company’s objectives. One of the
major areas is Training and Development. For maintain the high level of
performance of all the employees, training employees use the key factor and
also utilize for the benefit of all the employees and directly give benefit to
the organization. To maintain changing job skills, the employees required to
understand purpose of continuing of education, their specific job duties and
culture of organization. Training and development has different perspective
within the organization and also give many benefit to the organization through
different directions. Continuing education help in understanding the job skills
because market demand is rapidly change and employee get latest education
according to workplace and try to maintain new and advanced skills. Job training
also give knowledge about the job description and also explain that what are
the SMART goals on due date, what are specific responsibilities and job task,
work hours and reporting area of employees. Department orientation explain the
work place where the employee has to work according to their job. In
organization culture there is another culture that show how to perform with
other co-workers and they better understand that how the things occur in the
place. Organizational orientation means employees manage their mind according
to environment of organization. The structure of the organization give the answer
of all the questions that employee want to ask.

Ans. in the figure 1, the graph show that how much time is required to
obtain the knowledge and new skills in the organization., it explain that less
time is required for the organization and its employees to learn new and
advanced skills and technologies according to their job requirement. Figure 2
explain a compete training system that provided to employee according to their
organization requirement and job descriptions. Complete set of information and
instruction must be issue for the employee to provide them better training and
make proper development in the organization.
Figure 3 explain that how the training and development cycle works and
the whole process is repeat many times according to company requirement. Every
organization has its own requirements an demand for training but it depend on
the employee their how much faster they get and understand new and innovative
skills and learning and make their job and skills more advance and up to date.
As we discuss that training and development help to enhance the productivity of
the organization and also maintain a high level of competition when employee
properly ready and trained with new and advance skills.

maintaining the records of the employees is an essential and important thing
and hence they are going to manage the things very properly and make their
positions more secure and more organized. The thing is that HR process contains
a high efficiency of workings and it is very much important and essential to
get all the essential things properly managed in this regard. HR hiring and
recruiting is the main thing that makes the success of the thing very much
efficient and hence they are going to manage all the functions properly and
efficiently. HR processing makes the employment working efficiency more stable
and more efficient as many of the employees are making the workings more efficient
and hence they are going to manage all the tasks efficiently and successfully.
Indeed HR process contains a high effectiveness of operations and it is
particularly significant and basic to get all the fundamental things
appropriately oversaw in such manner. HR procuring and enrolling is the primary
