Caribbean International was known as Royal Caribbean Cruise line which is a
brand of cruise line established in 1968 in Norway. The Royal Caribbean
international holds the control of the cruise market more than 19% and get
revenue from the passengers. It is counted in the largest cruise and shipping
companies in the world who are serving the passengers with high services. In
the initial stage Royal Caribbean international starts it business with great
strategies such as there was a property that was acquired by the Royal
Caribbean international on lease and established as a destination for the
passengers who would be traveled by the Royal Caribbean international. After
the multi successful projects, Royal Caribbean international the company
expanded its business and went in public which was a moment for the growth of
Royal Caribbean international. Like other business deals the market with some
aspects which are necessary to meet the requirements of the competitive market
should be adopted (L. M.Beal, et al., 2008).

social responsibility (CSR) is an important issue to deal in any business,
which shows the relationship between company and society, which shows how both
are connected. Royal Caribbean international is increasingly use CSR to satisfy
the stakeholders according to the demands of the stakeholders. RCI is working
with the activities which are according to the ethical values of the society. In

and Refund
policies. The company pays salary as well as bonuses to motivate the employees
so that they could work with more interest. Every company which is best in his
business terms is always good in ethical terms as well. It means that the
company is dealing with its employees in fair means.
In a philanthropic view
there are different charity programs that are helpful to recognize the real
value of the business; for this purpose, company introduced its plan in 2016,
which was named as world wildlife fund (WWF). Their many charitable funds are given
by the RCI, which is used to assist in charitable things. There was a
combination of two companies to get sustainability in the market, which
overcomes economic issues regarding the different projects. There are also
projects which are used to focus on the improvement of sea lives to save them.
RCI has conducted direct operations that are helpful to get sustainability in
the strategies to deal the commodities. The global sustainability could be
recognized in tourism industry which shows different compatibility to secure
the company in philanthropic perspectives. There is education support by the
CRI which includes the internship and other human resource department with the
cooperation of different universities. The institutes are FIU, KAPOW, and big
brother school systems that are engaged in the charitable projects of Royal
Caribbean international. All these ethical and philanthropic aspects are
helpful to Royal Caribbean international to get sustainability in the market.
Sustainability is safeguard and protection of the ocean and sea lives by
adopting safe and secure methods to take destination travel in the ocean (R. E. Wood, 2000).
