an object, event or person through psychological, behavioral and physiological issues.
Emotions fall into the readiness state and they also experience in different

Motivation: motivation is a form of mental
development that enhance the level of working and also make the individual more
strong and person can interpret the stimuli and its judgment and experience also
consider very important.
Perception: perception is consider as process that
organizes the sensation and organism interpret to develop a meaningful experience.
In any situation a person can take better decision according to its personal
judgment and also depend on experience that the organization utilize its
perception about the organization.
Stress: stress is the emotional experience of any action. In any situation the
stress is adaptive response that threatening a person and perceived as
challenges for a person who work in the environment of different projects and
also handle many different issues by managing its stress.
Attitude: toward a person, event or object, the
combination of different beliefs, behavioral intention and feelings all the
consider in the attitude. This may affect with the behavioral intentions,
feelings and beliefs. The attitude also show the mental set of individual who

Two employees A and B are
appointed in the organization. One person is very happy and nice in nature. He
meet all the member of organization and met with all the staff. But the second
person is very rude and mean. A person make the environment more friendly and B

Ans. team development: to work collectively in the process of
learning work , team development introduce a scope for the team and also
explain that what stages are part of team development. This team development
process utilizes different team to make their performance at high level. Its
stage includes forming, norming, storming, adjourning and performing. All the
stage of team development process are helpful in making the performance at high
level and also provide complete criteria that how the team going to be more
strong by following these stages according to team requirement. Like financial
team of the organization follow the team development process.
Conflict management: conflict management is the way of handle
and identify the conflicts between employees or teams and handle the matter
with efficiently, fairly and sensibly. In the business nature as its part.
Conflict management handle by those people who have complete knowledge about
the conflict and know very well that how to handle the issue. When people work
in the same place then they have to follow the conflict management according to
given situations. Success of the company also depends on the conflict
management because when all issues are resolve then it is going to be easy to
take any major step toward the development. Like Ali is the senior manager of
office and due to its brilliance and also leader of conflict management that

Decision making: decision making is a complete process that help to select the most
important and effective solution. By using different alternatives, cognitive
process also utilize for course of actions. Best possible outcome or
alternative selected in the decision making process and provide a great
solution to the organization according to its need. Decision making process is
very effective to take better and accurate steps in the organization and its
related projects.
Team leadership: team leadership is act of team
leaders that give all the guidance of group of individual, provide direction
and also utilize the instructions. Team leader utilize the achieving of certain
goals. Team leaders are the essential part of the organization because they
develop strategies, implement strategies and also responsible for the

Ans. Power is the
essential part of the organization as it provides in all the areas of the organization
and the utilization of power also used to settle any dispute. Five different
type of keys are mention in the source of power and it also show that many
organizations utilize different level of legislation according to its needs.
Some of the power type are given as; expert power, referent power, coercive
power, reward power and legitimate power. There are many differences between many
issues and the utilization of power also depends on the situation.
Legitimate power obtains by a person through the position and
role of the organization. Due to its position a person can utilize the
legitimate power according to its limits and also show its power within the
organization on projects and deadlines. Reward power is the ability to provide
reward to other employees according to their working ability. Reward power also
generated through legitimacy power according to company requirement. Coercive
power is ability to give some punishment to other person against their actions
.through fear, it enforces people to work and give pressure to people to
perform that tasks. Expert power means that a person has knowledge and skills
to perform any function in most effective manner. Organization has experts according to their working and
performance and then provides the customer according to their demand with the
consult of their experts who have power to provide accurate product according
to their requirement. In most of technology companies, expert power is utilize
as compare to legitimate power that show proper roles and responsibilities
according to their task by utilizing its skills and knowledge. Referent power
focus on the personal attributes of a person that explain the behavior and
character as the degree to which people like, want and respect that person and

Ans. organization culture explain the method that how to
behave in the organization. Different values and shared beliefs also explain by
the leaders of the organization and develop effective communication in the
organization. That provides better understanding of organization, its
behaviors, ultimately shaping employee perception and different methods.
Organization culture develops the system that how the people or employees
behave performs and acts in the organization. Strong culture focuses on the
performance of the organization and makes it successful with complete efforts. Leaders
of the organization must be clear about their cultures and also explain the
cultural identities in front of all the employees according to perspective of
the organization.
Individual performance also
effect due to culture of the organization as it emphasis that how the employee
perform and what system he has to adopt for performing its tasks. What rules
and regulations and reporting system he has to follow during the organization
working. The performance of individual person also effect when the culture of
the organization is supportive and admire its working abilities in most

rules and regulation and the employees have friendly relationship with the
employees and also provide most comfortable and convenient environment so that
they perform their duties and functions and increase the productivity of the
organization. All the factors are interrelated with each other. The culture of

Ans. There are also
some approaches that help organization to manage the change that implemented by
the organization to bring any new strategy and also helpful to maintain its
environment and productivity. These are also some tips related to managing
resistance to change in the organization. According to different practices of
change management these tips are consider and provide benefit to the
organization when the change is implemented. These five tips are engaging the right
resistance managers, identify the root causes of resistance, address resistance
formally, expect resistance to change and o change management right the first
time.
Engaging the right
resistance managers means that the senior leaders, middle managers and
frontline supervisors of the organization. The team of change management not
acts as resistance manager. Remaining specialists also not act as effective
resistance manager instead they take proper actions to manage the risk and
provide better solution after implementation change. Identify the root causes
means that managing resistance is not giving focus on the symptoms. It
discusses its causes and roots related to resistance and also explain that how
the resistance becomes meaning full for the organization is positive direction.
