Introduction of Accreditation in health organizations of
Saudia
The
Government of Saudia Arabia had been taken the decisive step towards health
improvement and better health services all across the country. Since the 1970s,
Saudia Arab was focusing on improving the system in the health care sector, and
interest in using accreditation for enhancing health used rapidly, and Saudia
Arab is on the top of the list among the countries that are using
certification. Both private and public sector have increased in numbers of
employees and hospitals. The development can be done for the betterment of health
care and the efficiency and growth of initiatives of the institutes.
The
health care assurance programs were firstly developed in the Saudia Arab; this
was the first Arab country that introduces this program. The National
development plan comes out with the new strategies with the structure of how to
improve the health services and healthcare centers of the Saudia. In 1987 the
central committee of Saudia decided to keep check the quality in the health
program by the MOH. All other health centers which were presented in the Saudia
Arab, having several health care programs in accordance with the World Health
Organization. The objective of this committee was to give the feedback which
was provided by the hospitals, including the treatment of the patient would be
effective by using the proper resources.
And
further, WHO makes upgradations in these resources for the accomplishment of
the specific standards and strategies were developed for the efficient care of
the patient. And in 1933, NCQA was established by the MOH under the supervision
of the WHO, the primary purpose of this committee to reinforce the organization
to attain the top quality health services and quality assurance programs in
health care. In 200, the MRQP was established by the king of the Saudia and
under the supervision of the prince of the Makkah to get better the services of
the health provided to the people of this city. (Sharon Ann Myers, 2011)The prince set the
same quality rules and regulations for both private and public hospitals and
expand the quality of the health care program, which was carried by MQRP. In
2005 CBAHI was accomplished on the recommendation of and approval by the health
service council. The purpose of this agency was to recognize the provision
services of the private health sector. The CBAHI was developed by the expert
teams which were come from the various health care from all over the country.
The number of accreditation vary from program to program such as CBAHI set the
different standards in different countries, despite then these major
accreditation programs were based on the voluntary programs, some of them were
mandatory such as CBAHI Italian and French accreditation.
Impact of efficiency and effectiveness of Accreditation
in health organizations of Saudia
Despite
all the above descriptions, the Saudia Goevrnemnt made great efforts to improve
the health sector and make sure to give the proper and best quality health
services. The Government has faced many hurdles while providing efficient and
effected health services to improve the quality of the health of a patient. For
the implementation of effective and efficient health quality, the Canadian
government invests more in expanding the health care structure. And they
provide a large number of staff and practitioners. And for the effective and
efficient implementation of the quality of the health, Saudia Arabia inviting
the Foreign to come and work in their country. To implyfiy, Saudia Labour
Council had been accomplished in 2003 to implement the policies to increase the
effectiveness and efficiency of the Saudia Health care centers. (Mufti, 2007)
The CBAHI developed 420 hospitals private and
public to increase the implication of the accreditation in Saudia
organizations, and limited hospitals of Saudia Arabia get CBAHI accreditation,
and many of them were still under process. And some the hospitals of the
country get their certification from the International bodies. The Financing
System of Saudia Arabia also provides a significant number of facilities to
enhance the implication of accreditation by providing Funds to health care
organizations. The Finance Ministery put considerable effort into providing the
best quality health care services in the country for better health care of the
patients. And they developed the standards and the structure of the measures in
well-organized manners to build up an excellent reputation in the international
organizations.
The
health care department made health insurance policies for public health and
services pay a significant impact of effectiveness and efficiency on the
organizations which were working in the organizations of Saudia Arab. The
Saudia committee held seminars and workshops for the training of the employees
to work well from different departments, and this will help to get more
efficiency and effectiveness in the organizations of Saudia.
Aspects of involved Stake Holders of Accreditation in
health organizations of Saudia
Accreditation
is an extensive-system and safety intervention program. The healthcare stakes
holders of the healthcare organization of Saudia involve the Doctors, nursing
staff, and patients of the hospital. They play an essential role to evaluate
the accreditation in the organizations. The disturbed staff's responsibility
for quality and safety was the most implementation Facilitators. The Staff of
hospitals was the main stakeholder of the organization. This heading aims to
evaluate the accreditation with the involved stakeholders.
Stakeholder
was beneficial for any health care; they facilitate and plays a role in
interpreting the framework to assess the certification in the healthcare
organization of Saudia, and stake-holders take they increase the patients and
family support. The stakeholders of the healthcare organizations were the most
powerful because they include the taxpayers in different situations, and they
are the representative of patient advocacy. The stakeholders of the health
organization of Saudia were working positively, and they were benefited from
the Saudia government and health organizations; that’s why they evaluate the
accreditation properly. The stakeholders provide positive feedback to CBAHI in
the evaluation of accreditation. (Staub, Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Foreign Language
Education, 2019)
The
stakeholders provide excellent treatment of the patient to increase the
healthcare quality. The stakeholders were taking minimum amount and more concerned
about the treatment of the type of patient, and they provide an excellent
environment right treatment at affordable prices. And the stakeholders of the
health organization give the facility of proper treatment at low prices and
make it possible to have the medical treatment for peoples of the country
belongs to any class.
Compare and Contrast with and without Accreditation of
Accreditation in health organizations of Saudia
Accreditation
is a certificate that was given by international bodies to the health
organizations of the country, and it was stated above that Saudia is also
having the Accreditation from the CABHI. The healthcare organizations that had
accreditation were working it means that these hospitals were working with more
effectiveness and efficiency toward the health care of the patient. The health
organization which was working with the accreditation is more effective in
controlling costs and quality in the health care organizations as compared to
those who have not the accreditation from the international bodies of the
world.
The
healthcare of Saudia, which has the certification are given the best facilities
and care, and these hospitals are considered as the hospitals, and the
hospitals that have no accreditation are not offering good quality health. The
healthcare organizations which have the accreditations are offering effective
and efficient control costs and quality of health, whereas the organizations
which have no certification are high in value, and these hospitals are not providing
the basic requirements of treatment.
The
accreditation health organizations are providing the well trained medical staff
and excellent services, and accredited hospitals also offer the foreign doctors
for the betting treatment and quality of the health of the patient, and
non-accredited health-organizations were not given a vast force of the doctors
they offer the limited staff with limited treatment facilities. Accredited
hospitals considered to be the most top organizations as compared to non-accredited
hospitals. And the other health organizations were tried to achieve the
Accreditation from the international bodies as well to get included in the list
of top healthcare centers of Saudia. (Staub, Quality Assurance and
Accreditation in Foreign Language Education, 2019)
Conclusion of Accreditation in health organizations of
Saudia
In
the last it is concluded that the international bodies introduced a certificate
to check the health organizations which were paying excellent treatments, the
document named as Accreditation and it was creat by CBAHI, and these foreign
bodies work in different countries and check the quality of treatment they are
giving to their population. Based on facilities, CBAHI gives the certificate to
hospitals of Saudia. The above study was done to check the effectiveness and
efficiency of accreditation in Saudia and to take the review of different
agencies that were working in for the health care in Saudia. The health care
centers that have accreditation have positive feedback, and they were serving
the country with more facilities as compared to others. And Saudia was the
first Arab country that achieved this certificate. And Saudia government works
more to provide better treatment all around the country
