The government of Kuwait has been
facing a significant challenge regarding the re-organization, in order to
improve both the efficiency and also the effectiveness of the government
itself. The reason was mentioned due to the failure of organization structure
and also design which has strongly impacted the Kuwait government. It
has appeared that the organization within Kuwait’s government cannot be said to
be efficient nor effective. This has approved by how the ministries along with
some government representatives have not full filling their key mission. This
situation has definitely lead the organizational chaos within Kuwait’s
government, and thus, has also highlighted the capability of the government
itself to fill its vital responsibilities and also serve the people as well.
In order to solve this challenge,
the government of Kuwait should identify first what the main cause of this
organizational chaos to have appeared with the government. Some causes might be
occurred such as lack of control from the government to observe how the
ministries and government representatives have been doing their job and
functions properly or not. In addition to this, another cause might derive from
the lack communication between the government with all of its ministries and
representatives which leads them unable to fill their main tasks properly (Erçetin,
2015).
This should never be underestimated by the government of Kuwait since it has
the capability to present a bad image of government itself to the public that
it is served for.
For this, there are some steps that could be
considered by the government of Kuwait to solve this issue such as mentioned
below:

Perform regular meetings with the
ministries and also the other representatives to review and discuss what have
wrong with the current organizational structure. Once the government could
recognize what has gone wrong, then it will be easier to plan a solution to
reform it.

Monitor the works performed by the
ministries and other representatives to make sure that they are full filling
their whole responsibilities.
· The
government of Kuwait also could establish some surveys on its official website
to get feedback from the population regarding the work performed. This would
help the government to better reform its organizational structure and make sure
that all the ministries and representatives would perform well in serving the
public.
In
order to solve the issue of organizational chaos, the government of Kuwait
could apply the first recommendation which is performing regular meetings with
the ministries and other representatives. The reason is due to, by conducting
these regular meetings, the government of Kuwait will be able to observe
clearly the entire aspect of this organizational chaos, and then make a strategic
plan to reform the appropriate organizational structure to better serve the
public (Daidj, 2016). The government of
Kuwait also needs to remember to make every single decision by gathering all
the feedback from the ministries and representatives so that the best decision
and recovery practice will be achieved from the regular meetings as well.
The
government of Kuwait needs to realize that its main purpose is to serve the
public, and thus, it should be able to prevent any type of organizational
chaos. The reason is obvious, if the government cannot maintain its
organizational structure properly, then it will be difficult for the government
to serve the public.
