Solutions of Kuwait Government Organization Structure
To
have an improvement in organisational performance and problem-solving
procedures in organisations of Kuwait, it is important to focus on the elimination
of root cause problems. The change in the environment required a change in the
organisation operating system. This change depends upon the different aspects
of organisational operations such as better facilities that are required, lower the anxiety of employees and taking
simple initiatives to reduce drastic issues. Instead of dragging the previous
employers in new working stations the best alternative is to recruit the small
number of employees with the skills and knowledge suitable for this company. Some
other organisational changes include the change in the structure of the
company, cultural diversity, technology,
strategy, and policies of the organisation. The change in organisational
structure can be swiftly altering the way of organisation apprentice and have a
radical impact on the process in which change is considered. The possible alternative is to change several
layers of Management related to business activities and decision-making process
(Elsaid, Okasha, & Abdelghaly, 2013).
