The study was presented in the banking sector of Oman; the performance of the employees is decreased when they are not satisfied with their job. , it is imperative for banks in Oman to know that what impact is made by job satisfaction on employees’ performance, and if this impact is positive then what attributes were associated with it, and if job satisfaction is not impacting employees performance in a positive manner, then what reasons are behind that.  The main purpose of this study is to measure the satisfaction level of the employee of the bank of Muscat, Oman. By enhancing the satisfaction of the employees their level of commitment can be enhance as well. The productivity of these organization can enhance as well by focusing on the employee’s satisfaction. The research study is conducted by using the qualitative research methods under the inductive research approach by considering the secondary source data collection. All of the data has been analyzed by using the observation methods in which the literature review has been analyzed critically. It has been observed that the employees of the bank Muscat in Oman are not satisfied with their jobs and bank’s facilities. The aim of this research was concerned with critically evaluating the existing literature on the satisfaction of employees with a specific focus on the banking sector, assess significant factors which can influence the job satisfaction level among the banking employees. In this research, inductive research approach and interpretivism philosophy are utilized for finding the necessary information. In addition to it, it has been determined in this research that employee satisfaction in the context of Muscat Bank is lacking. Moreover, with the use of these strategies information has been collected with the analysis of data, it has been analyzed that new and effective strategies are not present within the bank of Muscat. It contributes to the lack of satisfaction among employees. Therefore, new strategies must be implemented for ensuring that employees are satisfied with their work.
