Tell us about yourself and your
journey that has to lead you to University of the Cumberlands.
I am <<name>>,
graduated in software engineering. I have done my graduation from
<<university name>> in software engineering, which created my
interest in the field of computer more. As it provides a lot of true
information about computer I decide to take my field at the level of doctorate.
I did my MS in Information Science from University of North Texas and decided
to get admission to the University of Cumberlands, as it is known as best
university to get a Ph.D. degree, I am much excited to learn in my field with
the analysis of different terminologies related to my field, therefore, I
choose University of Cumberlands as it is known as best university.
2. What are your research interests in the area of information
technology? How did you become interested in this area of research?
As I want to explore myself in
the at most level of Information Technology, and I want to know about every
aspect which is used in the computer language, therefore, I have decided that
it could only be possible if I get to research about different software which
is only possible if I do Ph.D. in computer sciences. In our current life, the
era in which we are living computers is being used by every individual. If you
want a grip on any task, you have to take support of computer. All these
perspectives pushed me to get admission to the Ph.D.
3. What is your current job/career, and how will this program impact
your career growth?
After my graduation, I started
to work with a software house, which was my entry-level in the field of
Information Technology. I want to know about every aspect which is used in IT,
and this job helped me a lot. After two years of working with a software house
I got experienced, and I continued my studies and masters in IT due to which I
become able to get job in multinational company in which I have been working as
IT manager. With experience and compatible education, I have been working on
this post for three years, and now my target is to be ahead of IT department
for which I have decided to do a Ph.D. as it would help me out.
4. What unique qualities do you think you have that will help you in
being successful in this program?
In the initial stage, I want to
be a researcher who will help me to know my knowledge in a close eye view. I
prefer to work on projects which are conceptual and used to know in-depth, as
well as I am an optimistic person who knows how to get know about a specific
object. There is also a reason to join the research is that I am keen observer
and want to know about my field with due care. I want to learn about IT in more
depth. Therefore, I decided to be researcher in this field.
5. How can obtaining a doctorate impact your contribution to the
practices of information technology? Where do you see yourself after obtaining
a doctorate from UC?
The University of Cumberlands
is considered one of the best universities to get a degree in doctorate, and if
I get a doctorate in such university it would surely help me out to get a key
position in my career, which I want to get. I believed that if I start working
on IT in broad terms, it will help me to know about every single situation
which could be related to the computer and I can see my future on the level
which I will get after getting a doctorate in IT (Turban., 2008).

1. Tell us about yourself and your journey that has to lead you to the
University of the Cumberlands.
Myself is <<name>>, and I have a
graduation degree in social sciences and want to take my knowledge to the field
of management sciences. Before getting the admission, I also have some
experience from my past studies, which I want to share. I have MPhil degree in
management and want explore more worlds in field of management and leadership
in the organization. As I want to be best leader who should know all the traits
of leadership in the organization; therefore, I prefer to get admission to the
Ph.D. from University of Cumberlands.
2. What are your research interests in the area of leadership? How
did you become interested in this area of research?
In leadership, I want to be an expert in organizational behavior
as it would help me in my career also and make me able to get familiar with the
strategies of leadership in the field of organizational behavior. As I am graduated
in management sciences and I am well aware of managing an organization
therefore I want to be an expert in leadership. Managers are the boss in the
organization, but leaders are rare who walks with his team and take steps with
his team. These qualities of leadership make me be a leader in real words.
3. What is your current job/career, and how will this program impact
your career growth?
Currently, I am working in a
multinational organization where I am a member of a team which works on
different projects. I want to work in the team as a leader and take my team in
the best place in the field of project management so that it would help me to
know about every aspect of leadership. The post on which I am working is enough
for me to work in an organization, but I want to explore my knowledge with
different traits of leadership, which could be enough for me to be a key leader
of the company.
4. What unique qualities do you think you have that will help you in
being successful in this program?
A leader is always full of the
qualities which are followed by his followers. Leaders are the person who works
in an organization to get success with great compatibility. The first quality
which attracts me to get admission to the doctorate is my interest to be a
leader, and it is an opportunity that will help me out to get familiar with the
leadership traits which are significant in the leadership of the specific
project or a team. I am a keen observer, and I believed that I would research
the program whole-heartily.
5. How can obtaining a doctorate impact your contribution to the
practices of leadership? Where do you see yourself after obtaining a doctorate
from UC?
When I would do my degree in doctorate,
it will be beneficial for me to get an opportunity to be a key leader in the
organization. It would surely help me to learn about leadership skills in the
organization. The University of Cumberlands is considered one of the best
universities to get a doctorate, and if I get doctorate in such university it
would surely help me out to get a key position in my career, which I want to

1. Tell us about yourself and your journey that has to lead you to
University of the Cumberlands.
I am <<name>> belongs to <<area name>> I
have done my masters and thesis in business and want to do more research in
business field. I also have some experience from my past studies, which I want
to share. I have done my graduation from <<university name>> in
business administration, which made my mind explore the world of business with
my views, and for this purpose there is best option of research education. For
research of business field I prefer to choose the University of Cumberlands,
which is considered best among the universities of the world to get research
degree in different fields of study. Therefore I decided to get my doctorate
from University of Cumberlands.
2. What are your research interests in the area of business
administration? How did you become interested in this area of research?
I have done my master's degree
in business administration, which gives me knowledge about the activities which
are performed in the business. The research about any field helps the one to be
an expert in any field in which he decided to be expert. I want to be scholar
in business administration, and for this purpose I have decided to be a
doctorate in business administration. I have an aim in my life to be a
successful entrepreneur and a professional lecturer on the topic of business.
Therefore, I choose to be a doctorate in business administration so that I
could give a lecture on business administration.
3. What is your current job/career, and how will this program impact
your career growth?
I am working on my own business
as well as besides this; I am also a professor at the university, which is
based on my exceptional performance in my MS work. I am dealing with the
factories and also own a factory of shoes which is partly owned by my brothers.
Therefore I only performed actions which are related to my knowledge and other
time I invested in lectureship, which requires a degree in Ph.D. to survive in
the position of lecturer. All these aspects encouraged me to get admission in
this program.

lecturer in the university for which I need this degree.

practices of business administration? Where do you see yourself after obtaining
a doctorate from UC?
After getting the degree of
doctorate, I would be able to teach my students with more knowledge, and it
will also be helpful to implement the business policies in my own business and
I could see my future that I would surely attain the top position in university
and in my business work with the help of knowledge which I would get in the
university of Cumberlands, as The University of Cumberlands is considered as
one of the best university to get the doctorate and if I get doctorate in such
university it would surely help me out to get a key position in my career which
