The change is not just to change some ideas and workings but to implement it properly in a way that will highlight the true picture of the success and enhances the working efficiency of the organization as well. The change management involves to first plan about the change which is going to implement in the organization. This change can be of any kind including management changing, staff changing, structure changing’s and others as well.

  As a change agent, you must communicate well with all the other staff members that are going to work on this change and to all the other management that are going to be working on this change and getting effected from it. You must plan for the budget and other aspects too to highlight all the things clear before starting the change management plan as well.
