As change
management, the main tasks are to implement all the necessary change factors
that do not cause any big disturbances in the current factors but can develop
the changes in the organization in such a way that the organization will get
more success and invent more specific things as well. The change is not just to
change some ideas and workings but to implement it properly in a way that will
highlight the true picture of the success and enhances the working efficiency
of the organization as well. The change management involves to first plan about
the change which is going to implement in the organization. This change can be
of any kind including management changing, staff changing, structure changing’s
and others as well.
As a
change agent, you must communicate well with all the other staff members that
are going to work on this change and to all the other management that are going
to be working on this change and getting effected from it. You must plan for
the budget and other aspects too to highlight all the things clear before
starting the change management plan as well. You need to highlight all this
before your stakeholders so you must maintain a sheet and get ready for all the
questions and hence you can satisfy them and implement the change with

executives the fundamental undertakings are to actualize all the essential
change factors that don't cause any huge unsettling influences in the present
