But the Information system has some challenges as well when implemented in the organization. These challenges may occur due to several reasons. Lack of the Strategy:

Lack of the strategy is one of the most common issues in the implementation of the information system in the different organizations. The managers and the information system leaders are well known about the different tools and systems of the information technology to get the data from the external and the internal sources, as these information system tools are used to gather the data from the different areas. But after gathering the data, the next step is to put the data in use and putting the data into use is one of the major problems faced by the information managers because to put the data in use proper strategies are required.

In the previous times, the departments of the technology serve as a separate filed and provide the technological support to the organizations and it helps the serer equipment of the organization running. Nowadays, the Information system mangers work along with the mangers and leaders of the company to ensure that the data that is gathered is used with a proper business strategy and this data supports to fulfill the mission of the company. To solve this problem of the lack of strategy in the business organization, working together is a solution for the problem because by working together the data can be used and implemented in the right way.

Meeting the needs of the organization:

To meet the needs of the organization is on of the major tasks to do. And to meet the needs a proper planning is required and the use of the information technology should be proper implemented in the organization. And to properly implement the information system in the organization a strategy is required. If a proper strategy is developed then the information system can be implemented in the organization and can meet the needs of the organization. Moreover, the information system managers should keep track of the customers, their demands and the current trend in the market and should also co-operate with the supplier through the use of the information system but if the manager is not using the information system properly, then he cannot meet the needs of the organization.

The marketing of the product and its sales depend heavily on the customer relation software. As this software helps to utilize the customer relevant data including the; client interaction with the organization, their billing, their financial tracking and their invoicing. And nowadays most of the companies rely on the data analysis system.

Nowadays, the managers before taking any decision further, make reports on the existing activity just to make sure that they use the accurate data and that they use the facts instead they use the educated guesses. In this way, with this factual study, the managers are able to meet the needs of the organization and keep the organization running successfully.

Integration of the new technologies:

Still every company has many tools and different systems to manage the data of the organization and keep in track of all the companies relationship with its customers and its supplier, but still the need of the information technology is necessary to cope up with the situation and to handed the big data of the organization and to manage this data on a single system. The integration of the new technologies is must.

But when new technologies are integrated, some things are to be assured first. That if the employs have known about the implementation of the new technology in the organization and the employees are of this new technology and how to use it. Because sometimes issues occur when new technologies are implemented in the organization because when new technologies are implemented in the organization, most of the employees do not have enough skills to cope up with the situations and to know how to use this technology so there is a lock of the knowledge about the new technology and how it is used.

So to cope up with this problem an to keep the employees updated with the new technology, there must be some training sessions in the organizations before implementing any ne technology as in this way, the employees will learn about the new technologies and this will also increase their knowledge and skills and they can operate with the new technology easily.

Keeping up with the change:

In every organization, changes occur with time, to improve the organization and to cope up with the situations and to compete in the global market at a high level. But the employees in the organization and the staff sometimes cannot keep up with the change, and this will lower their performance in the organization. As new technologies are implemented in the organization, the employees should keep up with the change and adapt the environment so that they will be able to learn more skills and improve their skills and increase their knowledge about the new technology.

To cope up with this situation, the manager of the company should hold a meeting in the organization with all the employees so that they will know about the implementation of the new technology. Then the manager should take some point of view from the different employees to see their expressions regarding the implementation s the new technology. This will help the employees to know about the technology before It is implemented. It will mentally prepare the employees to keep up with the change that will occur in the meantime in the organizations.
