As
information technology is one of the most famous technologies that are used in the
organization to keep the organization running successfully and to keep the
track of the persons and the general trend in the external environment and to
know the weaknesses and the strengths of the organization, but still having
most of the advantages for the organization and still due to its positive use
in the organization, still some organization resist on its implementation when
the information systems are introduced in the organizations.
There are many
reasons behind the resistance of the information system in the organizations.
The main reasons are as follows:

Loss of the job: Sometimes, the information
technology is introduced in the organization in the replacement of some
workers, and this, in turn, leads to job loss and the unemployment. This is one
of the major reasons why the employees in the organization resist the implementation
of the information system in the organization.

Lack of the trust: Sometimes, when the new
technology is implemented in the organization, the manger in the people in the
organization puts the lack of the trust in the new technology due to the unknown
new advance technology that is introduced in the organization. Because there is
an unknown fear that the new technology might not be suitable for the organization,
and maybe it cannot keep the organization running successfully. So due to this
lack of the trust most of the firms and the organization resist whenever new
technology is introduced in the market.

Poor Communication and the engagement: Sometimes
by the implementation o the one technology in the organization, lack of the
communication and the engagement occurs between the employees because when the
new technology is introduced in the market not all employees fulfill the
criteria to understand this new technology, so when the employees that have the
know how about the new technology cannot use their ideas regarding the use of technology
in the new projects in the organization due to the lack of the knowledge the
other employee shave about the new technology and this creates communication barrier between the employees
that are working in the organization.

Th unknown technology: Another reason due to which
the organization resist over the implementation of the new technology is that sometimes
the new technology is introduced in the market which is unknown for the people
and they don’t have any skills regarding this new technology, so without the
skills how can the employees understand this new technology and how can they
cope up with the problems regarding the new technology. To introduce the new technology
in the organization, the manger should include some activities and the
workshops regarding the new technology so that the people will be able to learn
about the new technology gain information about it.

Lack of the skilled persons: Introducing new
technology in the company requires more skills and more knowledge about the new
technology. Sometimes people sand the organization resist t implement new
technology in the organization because the new technology requires more skills
to operate and requires the need to use this knowledge to manage the data of
the organizations and the other system. Lack of the operating skills of the new
technology is one of the barriers in implementing the new technology in the organization.
If the organization hires more skilled employees or the manger conduct the
workshops regarding the skills of the new technologies along with the expertise
of some skilled and professional people, then it is beneficial for the company
and the company can easily implement the new technologies in the organizations.

Lack of the reward: This is another barrier.
Everyone wants to get the rewards of the work they do n the organization, but
as soon as the organizations started to use the new technology, the technology
will soon replace some important tasks of the employees and in this way the employees
do not get the reward because the technical tasks that the employees were
performing are now handled by the new technology and the new machinery. So the
lack of the reward is another fear the employees have when it comes to
intordic3e new technology in the organizations.
These are all the reasons why the organizations and the employees working
in the organization resist when it comes to the implementation of the new
technology in the organization. The mangers in the organization and the
employees have many fears regarding the implementation of the new technology. And
these are not the permanent problems. These problems can be overcome by the solution
given above. By implementing new technology and by looking at the new areas to
implement and new things to discover, this new technology will be beneficial
for the organizations and the employees as well if they know the disadvantage
it will give to the organization. All the above instructions help the
