Leadership theories are used to influence the power of the team or group.
It means that leaders do not need only power and position; it must have
influencing power too. There are
various theoretical approaches to the leadership that explores the various
kinds of situational activities, and these approaches can be implemented in the
particular situation of the organization. A few of the leadership theories had
been recalled during this meeting as democratic, transactional and change
management. It has also discussed several theories for the leadership based
upon the historical approaches of the leadership as;

These theories
could be implemented by the leaders in different situations, which are used to
boost up the motivation level of the team is working. In the deception of the above
situation, there may be an implementation of tait theory and transformational theory,
which focused on the influence of the leader in such a way to deal with the
different behaviors in a different situation. However, the transformational
theory is comprehensive and flexible other than the theories existing in the leadership
(Vadivelan, 2018).

As the working of the team is based on each other and all employees
are allowed to take an active part in the opinion and work of the organization,
therefore it is easy to implement the plans which are used to implement the
plans according to the requirement of teamwork which is being conducted by the
leaders. In this image where leaders want a similar and appropriate decision
from his team in order to make a particular decision on similar issues.
According to my thoughts, the democratic leadership style leads towards the
collaborative teams’ work and under this option, the leader needs
collaboratively to put forward ideas & assisting in the final product. It
is better to implement the best plan of sharing ideas with the employees.

Leadership skills could play a greater role in the development of
the organization as it provides different skills to the workforce to attain the
technical skills which are helpful to get success in any business. There should
