Background of
Context of Racism in school in the USA
This particular situation is occurring in high school in the
USA. The schools that are running according to it strict code of ethics. The
rules and regulations are the most important part of the schools. The
authorities of the school are strictly implied the rules and regulation on the
students. Even the students of high school are strict about following the
entire rules and regulations of the schools along with its particular dress
code. The students are forced to follow the dress code that includes the head
of the studentsdoesn’t be covered. It is part of their dress code.
It bans hair extensions,
braids or cornrows, dreadlocks, and hats, headscarves, or other head coverings.
I was performing as a teacher in this school. Sometimes, I felt the dress code
is one of the most important things that can encourage the students towardsequity,
and even the value and believescannot be predicted in the similar dress code.
But once a day, a group of the students came to me, and they were regretting
the dress code of the school even they are regretting the rules and regulations
that are forcefully employed on these students on behalf of dress codes. They
make me confused once to say that to go to the principal for communicating
their views and ideas to principals and higher authority in order to resolve these
particular problems (Russakoff, 2014).
Plan to action of Racism in school in the USA
Being a teacher of high school, my first priority is to hear
the problem of the studentsandthenresolve their issues accordingly. If my
students are suffering from the problems of theracism that I will contact my principaland
convince them to take it as their concerned problems. Because in an educational
institute the racism can be one of the most important and particular issues, and
it must be solvedat any cost. Because the students are the assets of the nation
and if these nations will be developed with the concepts of racism. I will convince
my principalto communication the conversations of the student in effective manners.
I will inform principals the student wishes for the code ofethicswhile staying
in the school. I will also realize why the students want liberty from a racism
prospective. There are various points that must be realized inthe policies of
the school. There must be reverence for the equal worth, self-respect and also
individual freedom (Ewing, 2020).
Freedom of religion and earthly government
Freedom of speech and association
Support for the governmental democracy and the laws
Equality of both gender boys and girls
Equality under the law
Equality of opportunity for each individual regardless of
their race, religion, background, or ethnic
An essence of equality that supports mutual respect, fair
play, tolerance, empathy
for others who in need and seeking for the public product (Anderson, 2017)
I will convince the principal for applying the particular
rights for the studentsequally, and there should not be anything that can encourage
the students from the minorities’ perspectives. There should not be any policy
and stagey in school by which the single student can realize that he is
suffering from racism discrimination, and there must be particular and equal
rights for all students to perform in the schools and class in effective
manners (Joy, 2016).
In the United States, racism is considered as the universal
issues as well as due to this schools of the entire country is affecting. There
are numerousways by which racism can occur in the school, and it can be occurred
by the interactions of the teachers with students. It can be conversation ways
of the students with each other. Racism is a
learned behaviour, and with effort, education, and action, we can prevent and
address racism in schools. I will really interpret and requirements of
the students for the problem of racism. Even I will present the views of the students
for such kind of situation in school.
I will tell the principals the students are taking their
dress codes as their belief, and they revealed; it is the belief in which the
superiority of one person to another it often results in discrimination
partially to the people which are based on their race. Even they are scared for
the gender discrimination in this institutes, and they think Sexism is the
belief in which the superiority of one person to another according to its
sex/gender both he is male or female, and it often results of discrimination
partially to the people who are based on their sex. It can affect any, but
normally it will effects on girls of the school.
Sir, there will be proper solutions toovercome the problems
of racism
at school. There are the numbers of the students that are suffering from the
severe condition of the anxiety due to the imbalance among their beliefs and
school codes (Gillborn, Racism and
Education: Coincidence or Conspiracy?, 2008).
Moreover, I will present the various recommendations about racism are in the areas of High school that would be
building some factors as government service provision, media, education, sports,
and online environment. The work of our future would be guided as contending
about racism and its discrimination by supporting diversity, and it includes.
The strategy about national anti-racism has been started the national
communication according to the race. (Austhophony, 2015). There must be
proper strategies and particular policies for promoting the ethical and
respectful behaviourism digital in an environment just support the schools,
youngsters, and families to awareness about the harassment.
The principal and higher authorities of the education must
be concerned with the problems of the students for their dress code;otherwise,
these students can protestagainst these issues. The unity of the students can
be a strong power in order to avail of their rights and implement their views
and ideas. This protest is done just because to give honour to the minorities
who are living in the schools United States of America, but everybody hasthe right
to protest against the rights and rules whichthey don’t get. There are many
types of injustices in very different manners which are don’t to theminorities,
which disturb them internally and emotionally (Badger, 2017).
Several years ago, the student’s even employees of the
company, were suffering the problems of racism. The racism pretended as the
cause of the major problem among the students and the ethics of the schools.
The tensions and attitudes that lead towards racism and several other kinds of
discriminatory practices that are often deeply rooted in misconceptions and stereotypes.
One of the most important and impressive is to promote the knowledge related to
understanding the variances in cultures (Russakoff, 2014).
There are the numbers of the reports and evidence in the
world for racial discrimination of the nations. Due to racial discriminations,
even the nations are ruined and destroyed. These students are over nation and
important assets of the country who can promote the values and beliefs, and
even the spread the rules to the next generation. If these students grow up
with the conceptualization of discrimination, then it can be difficult to grow
up this nation with the positive believes and thoughts. Only the positive
mentality can give birth to thepositives thoughts, and positive thoughtsoccur
due to theequality and liberty of belief and values (Vaught, 2011).
