Essay on Justice League

Justice League was released in 2017 and it is based upon different comic American superheroes. Movie was distributed by Warner brothers. This movie is a fictional superheroes movie based upon different comic books published by DC Comics. It has different characters already published in different types of comic books like Batman, Wonder Woman, aquaman, the flash and other related superheroes already disclosed in different comic books. As far as my general opinion is concerned, I found this movie to be very exciting mostly because of the fact that I was able to see most of the comic superheroes in a single fiction movie. Different movies have been produced before featuring specific comic superheroes but this movie accommodated maximum number of comic superheroes. Another interesting aspect of this movie was that it is very attractive movie especially when someone wants to watch this movie on big screen in cinema. It feels very positive to see such great superheroes on big screen in a single movie with great story line. I was always wondering that there should be a movie directed in which different types of comic superheroes should be included in order to provide a complete comic package to audience.

Different type of leadership related traits have been disclosed in movie Justice League. Some of the most common identified leadership related skills includes positivity, connectivity, responsibility, innovation, creativity, commitment, awareness, flexibility and other related leadership skills. It can be easily observed from the movie that Innovation and creativity were the most major leadership skills possessed by Iron Man. Iron man was responsible for implementing significant amount of innovation and creativity in his Organization in order to develop different types of modern gadgets which can be used by Iron Man later on. Commitment was another significant leadership skill which was depicted by almost all the superheroes included in the movie. All the included comic superheroes in the movie were committed towards one goal and this commitment of Superheroes clearly disclosed their commitment leadership skill. Another significant traits displayed by the comic heroes included in the movie was responsibility. Every superhero included in the movie was responsible for helping each other in order to make sure that their common enemy can be defeated and they can achieve their common goal. Another significant leadership related skill included in the movie was connectivity. All the superheroes included in the movie were appropriately connected with each other and they were moving in a synchronized manner in order to defeat their enemy and to win their tough battles. Flexibility was another significant leadership related trait shown by most of the superheroes included in the movie. Superheroes were coordinating with each other in such a manner that they were able to implement flexibility in their actions in order to achieve their common goal and to defeat their common enemy.

            There are different types of leadership theories which can be practically investigated. One of the most prominent and important leadership related theory is great man theory. According to this theory, most of the great leaders are simply born by having required internal characteristics. These different types of characteristics may include factors like confidence, intelligence, social skills and other nature related skills. It can be easily observed from the movie Justice League that superheroes in the movie were mostly having unique talents by birth. This clearly suggests that they can be categorized under great man Theory of leadership which suggests that great leaders are simply born with required internal characteristics. There are also some other important leadership related theories which can be associated with Justice League. Situation leadership theory is associated with the fact that leaders select appropriate course of action which can be implemented according to the situation available. This leadership theory was implemented in Justice League where different types of comic superheroes was formulating best course of action which can be utilized according to the situation available in order to beat their common enemy and to achieve their common goal.

            At the end of my analysis, I would like to give 5 stars to this movie because of different types of leadership skills demonstrated throughout this movie. Different types of comic superheroes were performing different types of leadership related skills according to different types of leadership related theories. It can be clearly suggested that this movie can be recommended to teachers related to leadership so that they could suggest their students to see that movie in order to understand different theories related to leadership and different associated with leadership. There are also several other movies available which can be also utilized in order to understand different leadership related theories and traits. It is important to understand that most of the students in modern days like to understand theoretical concepts by seeing movies. Justice League will help to increase the knowledge of students related to leadership in this manner. I believe that movie length was a bit long due to which it will be difficult for any teacher to show this movie during class. Due to significant running time of this movie, I believe that movie was becoming a bit boring. I believe that every movie would have been directed within 90 minutes maximum then it would have certainly enhanced my interest in the movie. That is why, it can be easily concluded that running time of movie is one of the most significant aspect of any type of movie and it is associated with influence of that movie on audience. In the end I would conclude by saying that I would certainly recommend this movie Justice League to teachers related to leadership in order to make sure that students should understand the concept and theories related to leadership by seeing relevant Hollywood movies.
