Standards of organization nowadays are high and the main focus of organizations is a requirement of accomplishing the ethics, sustainability and values so there can be an improvement in linkage with customers and they can be provided with efficient and satisfactory services by adopting ethical standards for the accomplishment of process of an organization. Toyota is processing its business conditions with complete competition so it can attain a competitive advantage in the targeted market and it can establish the highest position in the market among all of its competitors by adopting the concern of business development according to standards of sustainability in business. In the development of corporate social responsibility, managers and leaders of Toyota are playing a significant duty (Drake & Spinler, 2013). Corporate social responsibility is influenced by the organization because of the relationship between the responsibilities of managers and the accessed leadership style.  Policies are adopted by managers and they form different strategies by taking factors affecting the social responsibility of a company in consideration that is acting towards society. These policies are related to satisfaction of customers, protection of the environment, the providence of effective quality of products in the affordable price range and so on.

Cost and quality factors are evaluated well for effective implementation of strategies and potential achievement of results by fulfilling the objectives of an organization. The value of an organization in the market can be created with the assistance of these factors and it can also lead to the satisfaction of employees (Özer & Tınaztepe, 2014). Low quality and the high prices of products can make customers unsatisfied and destroy their loyalty.

In the accomplishment of goals and objectives, this application is a drawback. This leads to taking decisions in the organization. Resources also get wasted by this application and there can be a delay in work by any wrong decision. A wrong evaluation of the business environment is done by this application.
