 The production plan will be developed and managed by operational management. In general, this plan varies with organizations and industries. For the Fine Bar, the production plan will revolve around: Tobacco, Liquor, Wines, Small Chops, Distilled spirits, Martinis, Standup Comedy, Dance and music, and Services for parties and hall rental. It will also include beers such as Bud Light Platinum Lager, Redds Apple Ale, Bud Light, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Natural Light, Michelob Ultra, Budweiser, and Coors Light. In addition to these beers, local beers will also be available in the bar, and they will include Cider, Pale Beers, Dark Beers, Organic Brews, Hebrew Beers and Gluten-Free.

 The production plan will be concerned with the production of the above-given products. Some of the products will be manually created while some of them will be obtained from suppliers. Additionally, the plan will also include the production dates and the number of products required. This plan will be modified on a weekly basis which means that changes will be made every other week.

Day to Day Operations of  Bar and Club in Indonesia

            Day to Day operations in the Fine Bar will be included in the operational plan, and these plans will be made on a weekly basis as well. At the start of every week, it will be determined whether the expectations of the previous week and requirements are fulfilled or not. In accordance with the results, the operations of the current week will be determined. It will help in adjusting the processes and ensure that success is achieved. If there are issues in the activities of the previous week, then the activities and operations of the current week will be changed to meet the expected standards (Jacobs, Chase, & Lummus, 2011).

            As the technology is becoming advance day by day the Fine bar use the software for managing its operations on daily basis. The Bar will have develop the database for recording the daily operations. The online database of the bar will not help the business to record its information easily but also reduce the cost of the business. Along with database technology the business will use inventory management software as well so that customer will get their order on time and won’t have to face any kind of delay. The inventory management software reduce the cost of the business up to lot of extent.

SMART Goals in the Operational Plan

The operational plans for the A Fine Bar will be based on the specific procedures and timeline; there will be a focus on the proper objectives, goals so that there could be the achievement of the desired goals. The goals related to the profitability are already decided and helpful for investors; therefore, the decided plans, procedures and timeline will be a path towards the achievement of the goals and helpful employees.  A Fine Bar mentions the proper tactics and deadlines to the employees so there can be efficient strategic plans based on the business mission.

To fulfill the A Fine Bar business mission there is the need to decide the daily operations for completing specific tasks. As A Fine Bar will be located in Jakarta, Indonesia; the bar and club will be facing the Java Sea. This location has been chosen as the most optimal place for the business. Therefore, the competition can be higher, and some clear objectives related to the operations plans are given as following that is based on the SMART objectives.

Specific: high quality of food and entertainment facilities for customers.

Measurable: Employees should be motivated to meet deadlines.

Attainable: creativity and excitement among staff; set an achievable goal; provide opportunities or resources to achieve tasks.

Realistic: focus on the right person to reach the goals; there will be an analysis of the current socio-economic environment

Timely: priority over longer-term goals.

A Fine Bar will focus on the operational objectives with having the long-term goals in mind and by accomplishing the short term goals. However, to reach the goals there will be a focus on the other aspects also an example, cost, supplier’s technology team, marketing team, equipment & technology, sales team, etc.

The operation plan also includes the training of the employees as A Fine Bar focus on the aspects of keeping a restaurant running; there will be focus to increase the customer base. The main concerns will be based on growing the restaurant by attracting new diners. As there are fun related environment and fun activities for the customers, therefore, the main target is to improve the new customers from the particular neighborhood. Considering the aspects of the operational plans for the A Fine Bar by the human resource management and planning to engage the customer and employees focus on the neighborhood summer activities, there will be the free appetizer for the customers.

A Fine Bar also provides training to the employees so that there will be no food waste, there will be no excessive labor or overpriced necessities because it may lead the business to face issues in the future. The major focus of the A Fine Bar is the employee retention because trained employees can manage the customer service efficiently; there will be focus to get the affordable food vendors by maximizing resources.

Revenue goals are the major concern of the A Fine Bar, therefore, quality food will be given to the customers and there will be major concerns to provide the fun or exciting services to all the clients. There is a decision to review the activities of the previous week, then the activities and operations of the current week will be changed to meet the expected standards.
