Why do you want to participate in this Challenge?

I have some reasons to participate in the powering challenge. First of all, the competition is really very good and is a very good initiative for the empowerment of women in Afghanistan. As everyone knows that most of the women do not like or forced to not work outside or not to hold or run any business, I want to do something for women in Afghanistan. The second reason is to take part in this competition is: I am an extraordinary person who thinks that women should have to come out and work as men do. They have to get knowledge about how women can do work or outside’s work in their house.

First reason( I like challenges)

The main reason why I like challenges is that through this I am able to boost up my skills in an efficient way. The main aim of my life is to learn new and better things. This is because I am totally sure that it will help me in building my future better than before. The next important thing is that this challenge will also help me in boasting my confidence.

Second reason(I am very passainate for start my own business in area I have studied and also I think I am the first Afghan women who is planning to start a business in architure

I wanted to do something special and unique for the women of Afghanistan. I thought that if I am going to open my own business in my own area then it will be quite helpful for these ladies. I will be the first Afghan girl that is going to run its own business in architecture.

I have the ability to spread my business in those areas where women are forced to not to do a job or business. If you select me, I can be a role model for them. The third major reason for the participation in this challenge is that I have a business mind as well as I have some new ideas to start the business as well as spread it in a very short time. Here I am saying about spreading business easily in the new market segments because I am also a female and know how to contact other Afghani girls and also have skills to convince them to do work with me to spread this business. Because of my convincing power, I can convince other girls and young women to join me as well as the proper teamwork will be started. My idea is unique as well as it is very easy and every woman can accept my offer as well as can get benefits through joining me. In last, I am a woman who has an intelligent brain in her head and knows better how to convince and apply the business idea into the market.

Since childhood I love drawing and archituure and I believe that there is great need for a woman business in architure

I have selected the subscription business model for my business. My business is basically is the boutique business especially for women's clothes. The dresses fancy and stunning according to Afghanistan traditions because of girls and young women like those dresses more than other dresses in wedding ceremonies or any other traditions. The business model is cost-effective and better than others because the company directly involves purchasing the raw materials from the distributors as well as with the employee. The product is distributed in the market and the company can gain more profit. The business is now small as well as the team is also small, so this model is best for the business. The business employees are also women only because we are targeting to hire only women. They can work in their homes. At the end of the day, they can submit the products in the company or in the main branch.

The business idea is very effective in the regions because it provides the facility to other women to work in their homes. It is beneficial for the Afghanistan community as well as fulfills the social needs in the selected region. Furthermore, due to the women organization, every family and their men grant permission to women to go out for working in the company while the company is also providing the facility to work who are not permitted to work outside the house. The employed women labor of this company is twenty now but it varies. With the passage of time when the company grows, the number of women employees will be increased.

I planning to hire other female engineers 

This is because I wanted to support women of this country. I also know that they are extremely capable of doing such jobs because construction projects are at peak in our country. I thought that through this business I can easily support women of my country.

As construction of high building is growing fast in the country I believe it is needed that woman enter into this business and provide a female perspective to the market

My experience is for this business is average now. In simple words, my experience for making these traditional dresses is 4 years. I started this business alone without any external help. With the passage of time, I learned many things and implement proper business.

I am bachelor degree in architutre

The best thing is that I have done bachelor degree in architecture. Moreover, I have also a working experience in different architecture companies.

I have been working experience in architure companies since graduating the university

Sustainability: (Please explain how this business is responding to market needs and please tell your plan to mitigate risks if your business located in the security risk areas) 

The very answer to this question is that when we have enough labor and resources, the production will be high as well as to avoid the offseason, we can export fancy dresses to other countries and other regions of the country. The government official will also provide security if any kind of problem occurs.

Number construction of new building is increasing and people are now demanding new and update style and designs

The next thing is that the number of construction of new building is increasing and also the people are demanding some new styles and design for the buildings.
