Leadership can be known as the process in which a person has to lead his team members and the works of others toward the establishment of their goals which are given in the present situation. leadership is the ability to lead your team in a disciplined manner to give effective work in the organization. The leader plays the most important role in the organization. The leaders have to build visions for the future and motivate their employees to attain these visions. (M.Fors Brandebo, 2019)

Every Organization needs a Leader that has effective qualities. A leader knows the significant difference between Success and Failure. Organizational leadership focuses on developing leadership qualities in the organization to bring effectiveness, which means that the person should have to face problems during the growth of their industry (Western, 2019). The leader should have to be powerful to handle their group. An ideal organizational leader would not govern others. He just guides their employees who are working under him. A leader should have to empathetic and understands all the problems that are faced by employees and try to resolve these issues.
