The research on “the effects of the gender bias on the female promotions in the Saudi Arabian industrial sector,” is providing the major responsibilities. The diversity of gender within the management responsibilities, as well as the leadership, play the basic roles. KSA has experienced rapid growth in the very recent years at the time of being the twentieth largest economy of the world. The female labor of Saudi Arabia lies at a very low rate of around 18% throughout Afghanistan, as well as Iran. Furthermore, the study also shows that almost three hundred seventy thousand women were employed in KSA within or during the year of 2012 in different departments such as healthcare, administration, education as well as within the private sectors but the private sector did hire almost two hundred and sixteen thousand women.

The main problem statement is showing that participation is also showing the 20.1 percent while the representation of the population of the age of work was only 18 percent. The problem of Saudi women they are facing there is mentioned. Saudi women face many limitations to realizing their social, economic, and legal capability, which comprises related limitations as well as regulation on inheritance rights, unequal properly, access to finance, and travel. To resolve the issue, the study is conducted which has several objectives such as the examination of the relationship among the promotion of women as well as the gender bias in KSA, development or provision of some kind of recommendation for the reduction of promotion bias by the differences in genders within the industrial sector of KSA and more. The research questions are rising some interesting topics about how effective the women's promotion will be, as well as the relations that will be helpful or not in the industrial sector of KSA.

The study on this topic is very important because it is trying to explore the relationship between women's promotion as well as gender bias in KSA due to inequality. A brief literature review is also conducted which send a chapter of this study, which is telling a lot about the relationships of gender inequality as well as telling about the relationships among the gender bias and the female promotion.

In chapter three, the important methodology, as well as the data, is discussed in the chapter. The model which is proposed for working and resolving such kind of issue in this research provides an equation of the linear regression model which is Y = a + b X where Y and X both are independent variables, b show the slope of line while the variable a is representing the intercept (intercepts refers to the value of dependent variable when independent variable is 0).

The data collection method was in the shape of small parts as well as primary sources were used for collecting the significant data by making as well as distributing the questionnaires. Furthermore, the collection of data was a difficult task. For this, the sampling design for the collection of the data consists of 250 employees of the top five companies in KSA. After collection of the data, the analysis was performed on that data by using the quantitative research as well as the qualitative research approaches which are employed for the analysis of the data on such kind of research. For the statistical analysis, SPSS is used for such analysis to calculate the regression, distribution of the frequency as well as the correlation analysis. The fourth chapter is providing an explanation of the analysis of the data, which is collected by finding as well as the analysis of both types of statistics.

5.1. Recommendations of The Effect of Gender Bias on Female Promotions in the Saudi Industrial Sector

Some recommendation is also given here for resolving such kind of issue. It is very important because this is the era of advancements, as well as many women, are interested in working in the market as men work as well as hardworking in particular fields. In some departments, especially, the healthcare industry requires females to work in because, in KSA, many women do not want or cannot take the medical services because they cannot provide healthcare services from males. The healthcare departments should have to provide the security as well as the facilities to women to make them stronger because, in case of any mishap in healthcare, there is no special facility there to protect them. According to the aspects of social responsibility, the government, as well as any individual, should have to provide them facilitations, and they should have to give them respect as they do for men. For this purpose, the government should have to conduct women empowerment seminars as well as some departments for social security should be established, which will only provide the services, as well as they, will work for the rights of women.

SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) is used for quantitative aspects such as frequency distribution, correlation analysis. A total of 211 people responded to the survey, out of which 140 participants were females making 66 percent of total respondents, and 71 participants were male.

Research, which has been considered as the main pillar of knowledge, must be conducted in a proper manner in which the researches properly understand and apply all of the standards in research ethics.
