The latest research
identifies the satisfaction of healthcare in 92 adults having Autism spectrum
disorder. The research also investigates that autistic children need
exceptional and significance healthcare, the outcome of this has higher usage
in healthcare services. The adults with ASD are more susceptible to the
discrepancies of healthcare because of their treatment and medical services
because of the treatment for each person with ASD has mainly focus on the
child. the previous study reveals the low satisfaction with the medical
treatment.
In the study, the survey
can be done on the autistic participants, with the sample size of 92 adults
with the age of 18 to 64, and including the criteria of participants with
chronological with ASD. Most of the participants were meeting all the criteria
of the study. the semi-structured interview can be used to assess social
communication, mutual social interaction, and monotonous and typecast
behaviors. Participants filled the questionnaire in the hospital, and informed
consent can be filled from the guardian of the participants. There had no
substantial modifications in rating satisfaction between most important
providers of care , vison, dentist, care providers, and the suppliers of mental
health care.
In the last, it is
concluded that the participants who were participated in the survey of this
study had been highly satisfied regarding their healthcare. And potent analysis
who have high amount of satisfaction and this was presented below from the age
of 26 that can be influenced by the involvement of the family in healthcare
treatment. this research also increases the knowledge about the satisfaction of
healthcare in ASD who were not able to self-report. To end, forthcoming studies
would be able to sightsee the influence of caring for an adult child with ASD
and the magnitudes for the adult child when parents are no longer able to help
them. (Gerber, 2017)
The
Impact of Medical Home on Access to Care for Children with Autism Spectrum
The children with ADS
needs more healthcare and educational services than the normal ones to grasp
their full strengths. these services need high the core of neuro-behavioral
deficits as well as lack of social communication and they also have repetitive
behaviors as well as they have language and speech impairments. For the
awareness of this, it is necessary to enhance the services. and the parents of
such individuals report that they were facing the problems in accessing and
support special services as compare to CSHCN. National Survey of Children with
Special Health Care examined whether consuming a medical home decreases the
need for specialty care services for children with ASD.
In this article, Child
health Bureau conducted the research, the survey can be done through telephonic
interviews, with the national representative of households more than 50 states
and includes the participant of age from 17, and the sample also includes 242
parents to investigate the primary screening questions. the descriptive
statistics can be used to report the characteristics of autistic children.
moreover, we examined the ration of children who needs specific attention and
services. and the result shows that children with ASD with a medical home has a
positive effect.
After viewing all the
results and analysis of the study, it is concluded that to get stronger the
medical home by trained and to support the care management and better treatment
plans enhance the quality of life for the adults of ASD as well as for their
parents and families. In the upcoming year, the study will also explore more
significant ways to support the treatment in an effective way for the
establishment of a coordinated care and family-centered approach in the medical

to evaluate that characteristics can be obtained by a sampling of children from
the age of 6-13 years old, that merged the essential elements of the preceding
years.
The study explains that
using Andersen’s Behavioral Model of healthcare consumption, discrepancies in
unmet health care needs among children with ASD, and as compare to other
disabilities in the national representation of survey in United States. The
result of this study also gives the comparison between disposition and
highlight the unmet healthcare services in the children's who have ASD as well
as health disproportions regarding to their families and to acquire the
targeted social behavior and interventions in health policy. The study also
gives the prospect to improve new strategies and plans that have been receptive
