The patient comes with
symptoms of cramping, nausea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain and
fatigue. the diagnosis of the patient that the patient is suffering from
Gastrointestinal and Hepatobiliary infection, I would suggest this diagnosis
because the patient had a history of
drug intoxication and symptoms he has also fitted on the criteria of this
disease. In the diagnosis of the patient, it can define the precise area of the
digestive expanse that has been affected by pretentious (e.g., diarrhea frequently
specifies a patient has an abdominal disease). the exaggerated area of
the intestinal region is identified, processes (endoscopy) have been achieved
to evaluate the pathology we take samples of (stools, blood) to attain the effect
of the illness. (Brown, 2017)
Drug therapy can be used
for the treatment of the patient as the therapy was related to pharmacotherapy.
Drug therapy is effective for the treatment of Gastrointestinal and
Hepatobiliary, and its influence on the drug movement which fascinates all over
the body and transmission of drugs in the body is known as pharmacokinetics. In
this therapy, drugs can be given to the patient orally society will absorb the
proper intoxication of medicine rapidly. (Calina, 2019) and this treatment
will help the patient in curing his disease. the primary aim of the drug
therapy of using drugs has to discharge symptoms, treat infection, decrease the
risk of disease for the future. Every drug has multiple actions: it would be
affected for the organs and systems beyond those to which it has definitely
targeted. and symptoms would appear because the paitent has an intestine
infection. (Wuntakal, 2018)
Synthroid 100 mcg daily
Nifedipine 30 mg daily
Prednisone 10 mg daily
and these are the medicines which was give
to the patient for the treatment to evade the symptoms of nausea and vomiting.
and these drugs decrease the reduce lower bowel activity when Dirreahes
occurs or to rise movement if constipation was the main problem. (Rees, 2017)
In
the last, I recommend this drug therapy after viewing the history of the
patient and his condition that he has gastro related disorder and thi can
happen due to the intoxication of drugs. had a prolonged histrionically with the progress of the latest
and more operative tablets for a variety of disorders that formerly had not
treatable.
