Natural fibers like cotton and wool could have been sprayed with herbicides and pesticides. Petroleum-based synthetic fibers like polyester and nylon likely pulled even more chemicals (silicone waxes, petroleum scours, softeners, heavy metals, flame retardants, ammonia, and formaldehyde) into the mix.

We source only the softest and finest organic cotton certified by G.O.T.S, which stands for “Global Organic Textile Standard”. It is globally recognized to be the highest standard, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain.

· Are the products on your website organic?

Yes, all of our products are organic as these are made from 100% G.O.T.S certified organic cotton unless otherwise stated.

· Does every item come with a gift box?

Yes, our packaging includes a recyclable mailer box with a hot stamping sleeve and a cotton drawstring pouch. You can cut or tear the perforated hanger on the mailer box to reuse it and recycle the hot-stamped paper sleeve.

You can also request a “no box” shipping if you are buying for yourself. We will ship the item together with a cotton drawstring pouch without the mailer box. Please add a note in the remark section in your cart before the checkout process so that we can serve you accordingly

· Is it a perfect gift for all babies?

Absolutely yes! You can custom our ultra-soft organic cotton bodysuit with a unique touch by printing your message, name or wish to add an immeasurable amount of thoughtfulness to your gift!

We also handwrite your message on a notecard. Add the recipient's name and gift note in the remark section in your cart, we will do the job for you! If there's no special request or gift note provided, the name in the shipping address will be written on the notecard.

· What size will best suit my children?

For your convenience, on each product, there is a link to our size chart. If you're not sure, we always recommend sizing up so that your child gets more wear out of the garment.

As for our sleepsuit, our sizes run one size larger. Please refer to the product measurement to get the right fit for your baby.

· How do I place an order?

1. Select the items that you would like to purchase, click 'add to cart'

2. Before confirming your order, kindly carefully review the quantity, size, color and the total amount within your cart.

3. Fill in your billing details (email, phone number, name and shipping address) on the check out page.

4. Complete the order via Paypal or Bank Deposit. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer to tinys bank account: TINYS PLT — 8010176386 (CIMB BANK)

5. Email your transaction slip to hello@tinysco.com or direct message us on Facebook/ Instagram to notify us that you have made the payment.

6. You should receive an email/ SMS confirmation containing your order number once you've complete the order.

· How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed and shipped to the shipping address within 48 hours upon receiving the full payment. Personalized orders will be processed within 1- 4 working days. You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel. Parcels usually will arrive in 1 - 3 working days and 3 - 7 working days for Singapore.

· How much does the shipping cost?

We ship all orders globally via Standard Shipping. You can enjoy free shipping for orders over RM350. For orders under RM350, there's a flat rate delivery charge. Please refer to the shipping details page for charges and delivery times.

· What if my items are damaged or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at hello@tinysco.com with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number and we will get back to you.

· What is your return policy?

We recommend trying on all items before washing to ensure the right fit. We accept new, unused, unwashed and in original Tinys packaging within 14 days from the original date of purchase. All returns and exchanges cost is not covered by Tinys.
