I will decide by comparing the skills and experience of the person with required skill set and experience.

I will allocate the time to interview according it tasks as; 5-10 minutes will be allocated to the introduction part of the interview. 10-15 minutes for the questions and answering and 5 minutes for ending the interview.

The steps of the interview are including as; informs the candidate via e mail, phone call and text message. Provide the details of the interview to the candidates.
