management is highly important nowadays for the success of business
organizations in competitive markets. Research studies on this topic elaborate

focuses on three major issues (Matt, 2015). The first point of
the article focuses on the skilled labour working in the organizations as well
as the up-gradation of IT infrastructures of the companies. According to this
point, the companies are focusing to adopt the technology which measured
against the internal skills. The discussion told that technology can be cost-effective
rather than the labour as well as it can reduce the errors. The most
considerable issue in the article focuses on human labour and the effective
disruptive influence of digital technology. The discussion on some future
issues regarding the relationship between technology and humans is the major
concern of the study. Furthermore, the third major purpose of this article is
to identify how the technological transformation can meet with the customer
requirements as well as product delivery in the future (Brynjolfsson

important and should be investigated because the time is changed now as well as
it is the era of technology. Every organization in the world wants to increase
productivity by reducing costs on every product. In the past times, there was
no effective technology or facility to produce without waste of resources as
well as every organization had to face various issues from human labour. But
this time, every customer in the market has its own choice and requirement that
can fulfil the technological transformation in the organizations. There are
many competitors like Tesla, Volkswagen, Apple, Samsung, as well as Amazon in
the international market who are using technology for production as well as for
product delivery to actual buyers and they are most effective in the market.
They are using the technology to produce products because Artificial
Intelligence provides sense to the machines to work effectively which can
reduce the cost at each product, reduce the errors during production as well as
increase the productivity. The article is all about the adoption of technology,
so it is significant to evaluate and investigate because it can provide
awareness about the relationship between human labor and Artificial
