Report for implementing the American Disabilities act

We have a construction company in America that is going to generate building, roads and many other for the people under the instruction of government. Our company has rule that while preparing or accomplish any project we have to follow the American Disabilities Act 1990.this is compulsory rule that is going to used in the company during any project because disable persons also have their own life and they also want to come at any place according to their need and will. So it’s the responsibilities of others to take care of them and provide them better facilities to move at any place. The American disabilities act is made for such persons who have limit he major life activities like walking, seeing, speaking, hearing and working. This law supports such persons and give focus on this issue that the buildings and all visiting places must be designs according to feasibility of such people so they can easily move their places without any problem. Because some places are very complicated and disable person never visit such place because of many hurdles. So the law is focus on removing the architectural and physical barriers for such persons and also makes sure that these modifications are accommodating for such people. So when the company is going to start the project then we are going to determine and take proper amendment in the architecture design and present proper facilities for disable persons. Proper ideation for such person also mentions and for helping them also provide proper guiding direction. Stairs must be prepare in such a way that they can move in upper floors, doors must be appointed for their feasibility, proper sitting area must be required for such persons so they feel relax and comfortable while visiting that place.

Explanation of implementing the American Disabilities act

The first diagram is presenting all the facilities that must be provide to disable persons on the work place specified by the American disabilities act. This figure show that these all facilities are the basic requirement of a disable person who is going to work at any place and utilize its skills and abilities in most positive way. Many listening, speaking and working facilities must be provided to disable persons according to his requirement. So it’s the responsibilities of every office and its management to comply with the disabilities act and required proper implementation in the offices so they can feel themselves normal just like others and provide proper support and guidance.

 In the next figure, it is going to explain that almost 57 million people in the America is going to face disability of any kind. So almost 19 percent of the population is disabling and cannot live a healthy and normal life. In this criteria, the higher ratio of that persons who have walking disability and they cannot run or walk on their feet . such disability is going to occur due to weakness and deficiency of calcium in the bones and there are some children who are going to face this disability by birth. So these disabilities have very major impact on the life of disable person and he required proper support and motivation of society to work with this disability and live his life with complete happiness.

The third figure is going to place at that areas where the disable persons are easily allow to come and visit and sit. This show that people who have seeing, walking, and hearing disabilities can be move here with their feasible ground and they also provide all the facilities that can avail the normal people . Basically this figure is places at those areas that are going to follow the American disabilities act and proper implementation is compulsory within the organization. Other people also know about that how to deal with such people and how to communicate with them to deliver the ideas to them and also understand their own ideas. So proper support and guidance must be provided to disable persons and also others to do proper transferring their thoughts and ideas according to the need and requirement of the office.

Conclusion on implementing the American Disabilities act

As a construction company, it is the main responsibility of all the employees and management also to follow the American Disabilities act  and implement on its instructions in every project as they are consider that disable persons also have life and they have complete right to obtain all the facilities and services that are provided to other normal people. Disable people are going to be very sensitive and they want to others that behave with them as special persons and understand what problem they are going to face with their disability. So it’s the responsibility of government and other institutions that they have to implemented disable rules and regulations for such type of persons and also take special care of such people as they have right to live their life with complete facilities and they also have to avail all the rights and obligations that normal people obtain and also fulfill. So they need proper working places and visiting areas that are provide better working environment with their disability and they can explore their mind and skills in most effective manner. Because disable persons have some unique abilities and skills that a normal person have not possible to follow it. so the American disabilities act is prepare for the protection of rights of disable persons and also provide them proper support and guidance for live their life.
