We have a construction company in America
that is going to generate building, roads and many other for the people under
the instruction of government. Our company has rule that while preparing or
accomplish any project we have to follow the American Disabilities Act
1990.this is compulsory rule that is going to used in the company during any
project because disable persons also have their own life and they also want to
come at any place according to their need and will. So it’s the
responsibilities of others to take care of them and provide them better
facilities to move at any place. The American disabilities act is made for such
persons who have limit he major life activities like walking, seeing, speaking,
hearing and working. This law supports such persons and give focus on this
issue that the buildings and all visiting places must be designs according to
feasibility of such people so they can easily move their places without any
problem. Because some places are very complicated and disable person never visit
such place because of many hurdles. So the law is focus on removing the
architectural and physical barriers for such persons and also makes sure that
these modifications are accommodating for such people. So when the company is
going to start the project then we are going to determine and take proper
amendment in the architecture design and present proper facilities for disable
persons. Proper ideation for such person also mentions and for helping them
also provide proper guiding direction. Stairs must be prepare in such a way
that they can move in upper floors, doors must be appointed for their
feasibility, proper sitting area must be required for such persons so they feel
relax and comfortable while visiting that place.
Explanation of implementing the American Disabilities act

America is going to face disability of any kind. So almost 19 percent of the
population is disabling and cannot live a healthy and normal life. In this
criteria, the higher ratio of that persons who have walking disability and they
cannot run or walk on their feet . such disability is going to occur due to
weakness and deficiency of calcium in the bones and there are some children who
are going to face this disability by birth. So these disabilities have very
major impact on the life of disable person and he required proper support and
motivation of society to work with this disability and live his life with
complete happiness.

show that people who have seeing, walking, and hearing disabilities can be move
here with their feasible ground and they also provide all the facilities that
can avail the normal people . Basically this figure is places at those areas
that are going to follow the American disabilities act and proper
implementation is compulsory within the organization. Other people also know
about that how to deal with such people and how to communicate with them to
deliver the ideas to them and also understand their own ideas. So proper
support and guidance must be provided to disable persons and also others to do
