Abstract of Why do public schools need successful ESL programs

The main goal of the ESL in the public school is to improve the student “with the level of English. Therefore the classes of ESL also teach the various language skills which are also depending on the English abilities, needs, and interests. Thus the ESL program also teach these categories;
