The case study is about the explanation of security system of people of United States and infrastructure of the country which is significant to secure from outside forces. There are various strategies which are adopted by the NSWBCN which explains core mission and planning of their intelligence agencies. There is an also key part of the impact of security system on the people of US which shows positive results to treat the threats and risk which is prevailing in the society. The section deals with the threats and attacks which are used to stop the unauthorized individuals in to be looked in southern border area. There is explanation about the fact that why this region need to be secured by the forces. It also covers the collaboration of the United States with, Mexico which shows the sequence in the implementation of the security forces.

1. Strategic purpose of NSWBCN

The strategic significant of the NSWBCN describe the policies which are used solve the issues which are faced by the southwest US border. The basic purpose of the strategy was to stop the smuggling of the drugs, weapons and black money which are transferred by the local transportation. These purposes also include stopping the supplies of Marijuana which is come from US and used for drugs purposes. This help to overcome the funds which could be used for working these activities smoothly. This step increases the safety of people from taking harmful drugs which could cause different disease and also considered illegal by the government. On the other hand, NSWBCN policy is also used to provide safe and secure border for the communities and societies as well as to increase the legal relationship with Mexico by overcoming the illegal transactions of drugs and other weapons. All these measures were adopted to make the southwest border more secure and safe for the citizens and other infrastructure (Beaver, 2006).

There are more chances of the private sector which helps to import export of the weapons and drugs which are done through the way of southwest border to the adjacent areas of the cities which are specifically command in the mid-western states. The government individuals are also being affected by these policies which are attacking the goodwill of state and becoming the cause of the bribes and corruption which helps to the agents of the illegal activities which increase the crime in the society. In this way the legal and registered agents could not get reward for their legal efforts and which they get are very low as compared to illegal agents. The government agents in different countries could earn double more than in average for salary which is clearly seen that it’s wrong doing. This gives stress to the banned on the illegal transactions with Mexico as there will be no chances of conducting illegal activities in border crossing.

There are common problems in Middle East that the terrorist which is conducted by the congressional committees to the linking borders. Different scenarios and cases could be explained to implement the training program for the forces but it required efforts to implement it. In 2010, there was arresting of two terrorist near the Arizona and Mexico border who tried to cross the border. There are almost 60,000 which are presented in the courts who are arrested due to crossing the border and in Afghanistan there are 800 cases which are related to the issues such as crossing the borders. The published videos of Al Qaeda by US who are crossing the border via tunnels and could catch by the US forces. The ultimate purpose of the team of Al Qaeda was to bomb US nuclear plant which could create a huge destruction. There should be need of improving the border security of southwest border of United States (Ackleson, 2005).

The large portion of the southwest border of US and Mexico is about 1950 miles which is unfenced which is considered a big threat to the security of the US and its citizens. The basic threat from the area which is crossed by the Muslim terrorist which could be real danger for the US as it could be easily crossed by the Muslim terrorist which could be real danger for the US. This convenience to cross the border in southwest and could be threat from the Abdullah al-Nafisi and such dangers are considered basic threat for US. The secondary threat in the safety of southwest border which is about the crossing of borders by illegal operations by terrorist which is using to smuggle the weapons and money, they could cause of a huge loss to US by terrorist activities. The border of Mexico is known as training platform for the terrorist who should be stopped by the US armed forces to secure the southwest border.

Intervention of Mexico

The main agents who are involved in the security of the southwest border are performing their responsibilities to protect border from immigration of drugs and other weapon smuggling. Different nations are using different methods to get approach to the different countries but in case of transactions between US and Mexico, there is need of different plans to implement on the border to make the security harder. The most effective step to secure this border is to increase the labor work and trading between the US and Mexico in legal way which could be helpful in safety of the southwest border. The labor wage rate in Mexico is lower than US who could attract the laborer of Mexico in US and training program could be held. The training programs are uniformed in nature and fulfill the standards of the scenario which is needed to be implemented by the government of US to secure from illegal activities (Guerette, 2007).

The case study is concluded with some measures which should be adopted by the government such as there is need of improvement in the structure of fenced which is around the southwest border so that it could not be crossed by the individuals and if someone tries to cross there should be alarming tones which could be hear by the armed forces. There must be cooperation of different agencies which are helpful to collect data about the geographic are of the other country. Information sharing about the border may cause of risk. At the last point, there is need of setting goals to secure the southwest boarder which could define that the both borders are safe from terrorism. All these measures were adopted to make the southwest border more secure and safe for the citizens and other infrastructure (Nuñez-Neto & Garcia., 2007).
