            In the Sultanate of Oman, Muscat Bank is a renowned service provider and it offers asset management, private banking, retail banking, and corporate banking to people. In 2018, the assets of the bank were 31.9 billion dollars which made it one of the largest names present in Oman. It has over 150 branches in Oman. For Muscat Bank, it is considered critical to meet customer demands and remain effective in the market. However, there is an issue faced by it in the form of employee dissatisfaction which has resulted in the loss of efficiency. In this paper, this issue will be evaluated, its link to other areas of organisation will be discussed, and different techniques will be explored for recommending the best solution to be implemented by Muscat Bank (BankMuscat, 2020).
