Discussion on Engineering Journal Entry

Summary: This is the engineering journal entry about implementing the solution different people get stalled for the problem-solving process due to the overanalyze things as well as it’s never got to act it. It is important because it’s presented the number of techniques that are facilities the implementing process and it could also act as the guide and moving forward to getting stuck. Every phase of the implementation would also discuss which applies to the problem-solving process and project planning. About implementing the solution, then write it in my journal in another word "summary" of the material of implementing the solution. This journal discussed the main points to implement any solution we got it before with the best techniques like Approval, Planning, selling your ideas; making your case, Planning, resources, allocation, and the Gantt charts.

Questions about concepts which is unclear

This is a list of the things were unclear for me:

1- Which part I have to use of K.T. situation analysis in the planning step?

2- To which step exactly do I have to return if I face any something wrong during Follow up the step, isn’t there any specific strategy technique for Follow up a step?

Description of potential applications

The description of the potential applications is as in the first technique “Approval, in this we learned about the problem-solving process, and also identified a real problem of the brainstormed by the selected solutions which are already implemented. In this there are two further steps, making the case change which is different six steps and selling your ideas. After the approvals of the project now start its planning, this is the most significant aspect of implementation. Now in the planning phase, the K.T potential problem analysis, Resources allocation and the K.T situation appraisal is included. So the resource allocation includes the Critical and Gantt path of charts, budget, and the deployments charts. The third step is the Carry Through and it’s known as the essential step of a successful solution.

Personal experience of student description

After reading and the analysis of implementing the solution I have learned many points about the solutions implements. Thus in this Engineering entry journal, there are different techniques like the planning, approval and carry through. For the understanding of this journal; there are different points in which I cloud to understand the question of uncertain points. In this journal, there is not enough information presentation due to the various details that are the strategy of implementing the solution in the book.

Comparison and Contrast: This journal is different from the other various journals like the journal for makeup, and this journal is to improve our knowledge of implementing the solutions which give me and other students the ability to implement any solution.  I want to learn and reflect on the main ideas about the true and perceived problems, quality continuous improvement and the objectives.
