the modern technology is change the behaviour and human life. And it may be effects
the problem in the shopping area. By
the mobile devices different shoppers are showrooming as compare to buying the different
products from the shop owners. Therefore Showrooming is the term which permits
the customer checking for product at a shop as well as comparing the various
prices in the online market which buying form the other seller at the low prices.
The main problem facing the shop owner in what way they deal by the showroomer as
well as to improve the different services which keep the loyal with the
customers. The main idea of this case study is this problem. Then the focused
of the case study is on the Benjy’s that is the large appliance as well as
electronic retailers which are searching for the solution of the showrooming. Then
the argument of the Benjy’s is that to solve this problem by using the two methods;
the one method is Defense and the other method is offence. Whereas the defensive
method is to creating the showrooming which is very difficult through the
adjustment of the layout of stores. And it is unclear for the display which
would also continue to confuse the recognition of app and the shopper that take
the product photos into look for the prices of internet. And in the second
method which is reducing the prices through being a same online competitor of
Amazon.

study is showrooming. Thus match the prices which is used for the anti-showrooming
tactics for the improvement of the customer services and they also asked about the
manufactures for the creation of exclusive of instant gratification. To address

agenda which is the serious problem for the retailers and it is particularly

with the people and the store. It is due to the online retailers which is also
improving a shopping experiences where the prices is compelling as well as the
digital customer which do not spend their weekends and its driving around to visiting the showrooms. In this case and
the problem has the main concern with the case because it’s related to the showrooming.
