As well as in the other side the communication has been directly to the learner along with the language which has been presented with in the classroom in this all the learner get access easily toward the learning module and this will play the significant role in learning.

 Furthermore, it has also been observed that the learning module will also sanction teachers to develop the basic, domestic version of environmental, historical and social studies. In the model it has been said that language and communication play the mist significant role. As well as tis will creates develop the best communication and learning skill in professors and students mainly. as well as it has been mentioned in the study that communication skills play the significant role which has been presented between university students.

Generating the communication skills in the would be helpful in many other approaches of one’s life which has been derived from an individual’s professional career. In the study the briefly description has been made on communication and learner module. In the recent times, some person’s share knowledge which has been determined as in the form of by paying focus on holding excellent communication skills. As well as in this study it has also been stated that having good verbal communication skills are quite significant in order to provide and understand the communication in a better way. (Alshurman & Mohammad, 2017) Despite for being able to speak effectively is essential skill. On the other hand, it has also been mentioned that having poor communication skills will gives the negative influence and it has been attained as in the form of frustration and miscommunication and in some situations, it will lead toward having unwanted disasters.

Moreover, the university plays the essential role in the developing students which are associated with various fields of study with in the university to complete all the requirements of market and tis will not pay attention on some of the academic achievement but it will also focus on the overall skills, soft skills which s necessary for students to compete with it in the international market. As well as employees can now have the opportunity to place the great significance on general skills and some of the personality to select the forthcoming workers. Despite from tis some of the domestic universities are now plain the skills as the basic need for the findings which is associated and based on the curriculum performance which has been started in the same era. Moreover, as it has been mentioned above that communication skills are the most important element of and it has been recognized as the emphasis on university. Although communication skills will also include various components. In the essay it has also been stated that communication skills are significant in the procedure of having job. (Pierre , Delyon, & Strullu, 2020) The fresh students will be tested would be tested on the behalf of their communication skills while they are having their jobs. In this regard it has been mentioned that some of the universities and their departments are making sure about students that they hold the capability of communicating properly and clearly. There are some of the communication method the first one is verbal communication in this it as ben stated that usage of specific language which involves two-way procedures along with the response on message which they have received. After having discussion above here the point has been comes on the refection on person’s performance. In this if a person wants to obtain great influence rapidly. It can also be said that the true learning experiences has been obtained after having work. Gaining experience is the main point of learning. As well as reflecting about activities which has been done at work will gives the new dimension to think about the theory that you have been learned during your course in the class. moreover, in my reflection in this regard the (Andi & Barliana, 2019)one thing which I’ve learned is that communication is the most significant role playing in professional life. Communication will highly be influenced on your professional and working life. My level of information has also been increased by learning these experiences and this helped me a lot in my professional life and during my practice in the internship time and communication skill helps me a lot in enhancing my experience. after completing my graduation I find a job I the organization which has been proved as the turning point of my life.
