            SugarSquared, Inc. is a candy company and manufacturing the candy with high-quality taste in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company is distributing candy and its products all over the country. SugarSquared, Inc. has a strong body of its employees with 300 people. They are working in three different locations in different departments. The company has also increased its revenues as well as but the company needs an effective enterprise system for the business to manage the inventory. In this file, an effective enterprise system is recommended for SugarSquared, Inc along with the reason to recommend this system to the company. Some important benefits of implementing the enterprise system are provided in this file. Although, some noticeable challenges or problems may also occur to implement the system. Some vendors are also discussed in this document that offers such type of systems (Turban, Pollard, & Wood, 2018).

Which type of enterprise System would you recommend? Why?

            The company SugarSquared, Inc their retail website but it is not enough efficient to handle the load of the inventory, supply chain as well as retailing price. The website of the company can be functional for some time but it cannot handle the data and the processing of the inventory and other things in the future because the business of the company has been grown. As the business of the company enhanced, the company has also started to generate increased revenue from three locations. It is also a big reason to recommend a new enterprise system (Utecht, Hayes, & Okonkwo, 2004).

            The SAP ERP system is recommended for SugarSquared, Inc business because it is very effective for the business of the company. The system can manage the accounts of the company including it can also manage every branch’s accounts and sales, inventory & warehouse management, supply chain management, purchasing, reporting as well as the analytics functionality. The main reason is to recommend this enterprise the system for the company that the company has increased its sales and revenues, and due to this reason, the company will have increased its consumption of resources (Turban, Pollard, & Wood, 2018). The proposed enterprise system SAP ERP has also the ability to manage the accounts of the company with strong security. It also gives a guarantee to secure the information of the company efficiently because the sap ERP system is using the strong information security and network security protocols that make the network of the company stronger as well as prevent any kind of malicious scripts to execute or attack the system (Utecht, Hayes, & Okonkwo, 2004).

            Furthermore, the reason for implementing the sap ERP system is that the accounts will be assigned to employees and managers of the company.
