The company mainly pay emphasis on delivering effective solution along with the expansion of construction all over the middle east. As it has been stated that in company there are various problems has been observed which is related with the workers, team and some of the problems has been observed which is related with enterprises. Sometimes these problems as attain as the reason of mis communization or lack of communication. As well as It can also be said that it can also be gain as in the form of using wrong organizational framework.
