patients. Furthermore, the patients have also come to doctors and tell them
about their disease which was the typical way. But in the synchronization with
the coming new technologies, the hospitals
need new to technology to control and handle the patients because the number of
patients increased in this decade as compared to previous decades. The number
of patients is increasing day by day in the hospitals and clinics where they
have to face some difficulties like waiting for their appointment to go to doctor
consultancy. It is needed to develop a software or application which will
provide a better time management facility including doctors. Because the
patients who come to the hospital for a check, they have to wait for doctor’s
call in the waiting hall or waiting for queue where they have to waste a lot of
time as well as they are unable to go anywhere to complete any other work
because if they go or leave their places then they will have to make another
appointment. So, the patients have to wait there for a long time for a checkup.
Another problem the patients can face in the hospitals and clinic that patients
are unable to tell all of the systems of their disease or they forget to tell
about all of the symptoms. The doctor will only prescribe the medicines and
dosage of those medicines and referred them to the pharmacist in the pharmacy. outside
of the pharmacy, their time will also be wasted at the time of making or
forming the dosage for the patients. The main purpose to develop this
application is to facilitate the patients and the doctors to manage their times
as well as effectively prescribe the medicines to patients. furthermore, the
doctors will be able to check more patients in a day because this application
will manage their time and they can also check the priority patients who will
be in the critical condition. So, the proposed idea came to get advantages after
facing the difficulties in the hospital and it started from waiting for the seat
to pharmacists.

The process of checking and treating the patients or having
the consultancy from the doctors can be experienced in the new kind of way in
which every patient will be treated in better managed time by the use of
technology. The use of technology in the treatment of patients is very important
now because the patients can also go in the critical conditions or there can
feel fatigued during waiting outside of the doctor’s cabin or waiting for the prescribed
medicines outside of the pharmacy. The proposed technological application can
increase the time management or save the time of both doctors and patients in
the hospitals to make doctors able to check more patients effectively. The application
will also provide the previous reports of the patient inkling the prescribed
medicine that will increase the understanding of the doctor regarding the patient
disease, as well as he, can also compare the current situation with the
previous conditions of the patient. This information will be very beneficial
for the doctors which will be shown on the user interface of the application in
the consultancy time because some patients may feel panic or forget some
notable and important symptoms of that disease. Furthermore, this information
will also be beneficial in consulting because it might possible that the doctor
may also forget previous prescriptions which are very important in the
treatment or the next prescription can be based on the next prescription.
The application will become the patients to take
appointments from the doctors and they will get the exact time for checkup which
will save their time. Furthermore, this application will also provide them ease
in the treatment in hospitals as well as they it also saves the time of the
patients. The application will automatically tell them by showing notification
that what they have to do now. For example, when a doctor completes the check
then he will prescribe some medicines. As he prescribed the medicines, a
notification or application will be sent to pharmacy to make the medicine ready
for the specific patient and the patient will also receive the notification
from the pharmacy that is telling that when his medicine will be ready. Moreover,
the pharmacist will also send another notification by using this application to
the patient when he will complete making the medicine. In addition, if there is
a load of patients of taking medicines in the pharmacy, a notification will be
sent to the patient that his prescribed medicine will be ready in the next
hour, or after particular hours. The application has several types of features
as well as many other kinds of functions. When the patient will not feel well
and he wants to go hospital for checkup, the application will provide the
reports when the patient will go the laboratory for any prescribed test. So, the
patient will receive their report before going to doctor for checkup. In the
last, the application will record and save the history or checkups or treatment
including all kind of reports and medicines details into the database of the
application which will be accessed by doctors at the time of the checkup which
will be not editable. In the simple word, when the previous record of the
patient or prescribed by doctor and given detail of medicines from the pharmacy
will not be changed because according to the healthcare security perspectives.

the problem statement, it is described why this application is needed to be

checkup process to check all of the patients. Due to this reason, patients have
to face various problems to take appointment to get consultancy of the doctors.
It is because of heavy load of patients; the hospitals and doctors are giving long
appointments which are very difficult for patients. The doctors and hospitals
have no any kind of system that provide patience relief in getting appointment
and to minimize their waiting time for the treatment. The main problem is that
the patients have to face difficulties to take doctor consultancy in the
hospitals when they are going to take appointment from the doctors. First of all,
they get appointments by after asking or calling to the assistants of doctors
several times. If they get appointments, they have to wait for long time to go
in the doctor’s cabin in the waiting hall or queue. During the checkup, the patients
are unable to describe their disease or symptoms properly in front of doctors
and it is difficult to for doctors judge their disease properly. Sometimes,
patient forget to bring their complete previous medical reports which are describing
their actual disease. The next problem the patients can face, is the difficulty
to take medicines from the pharmacy because of heavy load of patient’s
medicines requests. So, they also have to wait to take their prescribed
medicines. These are the basic problems that the patients are facing during
whole procedure. There is no better system to deal patients in the time
efficient manner to reduce their problems and difficulties in the hospitals. To
overcome from this situation as well as to facilitate both patients and
doctors, a mobile based application is required to be developed to provide them
facilities in appointment as well as medicine prescribing to make the system of
the hospital manageable.

request of patient and tell doctor about the symptoms of his disease to doctor
which will be shown again when the patient will come to doctors. So, because of
this feature, it will be easier for doctor to get better understanding of his
disease. Further in the scope of the
mobile application for project care, the mobile application makes the doctor
able to see all of the previous reports of the patients which can be essential
and very important in the further treatment. The provision of all of the
previous medical reports related to disease in the application is because the
patient can misplace his / her any medical record or forget to bring. The
doctor can easily access those reports and records of particular patient and
then he can prescribe the medicine. When the doctor will complete checkup as
well as analyze the reports of the patient and he will prescribe the
appropriate medicine and then the patient can request to get this medicine from
the pharmacy. Pharmacist will receive the request and notify when he can
receive his medicines from the pharmacy. The best thing of this project is that
