Optic and it is located in Oman. This company was founded in 1996. The founder
of this company was a group of Omani and Emirati investors. This company is
involved in manufacturing world class-optical fibers and other optical cables
for the different industries located in that country. Moreover, this company is
manufacturing optical fibers with high quality integrated and technological
facilities. For completing this assignment there are three main tasks are
followed. In the first part, there is complete information about the quality
requirement of this company and what quality processes they are following in
their organization. The next point is related to the development of the quality
management plan for the company through TQM. In the last, there are complete
analyses about how TQM can contribute to the main operational strategy and the
