has been presented in the perspective and technology mainly. some of the
growing bodies as also been mentioned in this in which it has been mentioned

to improve the health and safety quality in hospital.
The result of the study reveals that the
steps and procedures which has been proposed or suggested in the study are
quite significant and have positive effect on outpatient. As well as it has
also been mentioned that the role the traditional methods which is mentioned in
the study mainly isolate the responsivity area and only 1 percent of responded
disagreed from this. Moreover, in the next area some of the performance related
measurements has been asked in which 93 percent of result has been seen in the
regard of patient’s safety and their satisfaction. As well as most of the
respondents respond on that hospitals provide great healthcare precautions in

Introduction
of Improving Healthcare of Outpatient
The quality and safety improvements of
patients has been increased on a high level in current years. In this regard
some questions have been aroused which is related with
improving the quality of both hospital and social approach mainly. as well as
in the social
approach has been attaining some efforts to improve the health quality of
patients to justify their health concerns. Despite from this in hospital
approach (Debono &
Bertrand, 2017)some of the efforts has been made which is relate with the reduction
of cost expense and it has also been sad hospitals have to spend more money on
the improvement of health quality and also the initiatives of health quality. As
well as there are some of the growing bodies as also been mentioned in this in
which it has been mentioned that there are many resources has been presented which
provides the opportunity to improve the health and safety quality in hospital.
Despite form this it has been send thatnursing
staff is playing the most significant role in the determining the quality care
within hospitals as well as the nature of patients results. Moreover, it can
also be said that hospitals are the foundation of health care system. As well
as they alsohave been taken as the functional and traditional working place.
Despite from this I this it has also been mentioned that nursingemployees has
been based on the great proportion of care givers for patients n hospital setting.
As well as it can also be said that nursing staff are the most important part
in the acuteness of patients which has s necessary in intensive care unit.
Moreover, it can also be said that in some
current years the profession of nursing are having specially anxious about the nature
of modificationhas been taking place in the sector of health care. Moreover in
some of other words it has been mentioned that in recent times health care organizations
have been facing a sequence of problems mainly in two factors the first one is enhanced
complexity in the satisfying the awareness and demands of users, and there are
some of the requirements has been presented in which a change has ben required within
the organization to maintain the pace along with the quick changes which has
been presented in the perspective and technology mainly. As well as the second
step is the continuous enhancement of difficulty and moreover the space of physicianswhich
would not assure the fundamental needs of organization which mainly delivers
the basic requirements of consumers.(Wells & Rockafellow, 2018) In this research it
has also been mentioned that in the modern time of rebellion it has been stated
that increase the value of patients by determining the best results at the
least cost as well as move for general doctor in the central association to the
driven organization and their care procedures mainly.furthermore, in this it
has also bene stated that some critical systems are relatively narrow and
resistant in nature to change some rules of health care system.
Research
question of Improving Healthcare of Outpatient
What are the problems in Outpatient nursing and
elaborates these issues found in `DPRC? How these problems could be deal while
treating the patients.

The changes (Fabricate)
(Supported with literature review)
|
How is it beneficial on the above organization DPRC (Supported
with literature review)
|
Quality of care
|
To improve care quality offered by the DPRC a few changes are
required in the organization. The most suggested change is to recruit new
staff members in nursing groups. The new nurses staff should be more
qualified and experienced to improve care quality (Keeney, 2005).
|
According to the
research, quality of care can be improved if nursing staff and care providers
in the healthcare center of DPRC are highly qualified. Currently, nurses are
not enough educated therefore healthcare institute of DPRC is having issues
with the quality of services provided to the patients.
|
patient/staff satisfaction
|
Patient satisfaction is the most important goal of healthcare
institutes particularly DPRC. A most suitable change for patient and staff
satisfaction is to hire nurses with previous work experience.
|
This change would be highly beneficial for the organization as it
would reduce conflicts in the nurses and working staff which is an important
identified problem in DPRC.
|
cost reduction
|
Other than the recruitment of highly qualified staff and
experienced staff another suggested solution for the patient and staff
satisfaction is to provide training sessions in the institute to educate
nurses with modern techniques and knowledge regarding healthcare services.
These training sessions will enable them to reduce the cost of operations in
the healthcare institute DPRC (Crall, Pourat, Inkelas, Lampron, & Scoville,
2016).
|
The change would be beneficial for the DPRC as it would overcome the
most important problem of “increasing cost of operations”. As a result of
training employees will become efficient and error rates reduction will lower
than the costs associated with business operations executed in the DPRC (Buchan & Poz, 2002).
|
revenue enhancement for implementer
|
According to the research, revenue enhancement is the most
desired goal in the DPRC. Some suggested changes for this goal are training
sessions and recruitment of highly experienced and qualified staff in the
organization.
|
Successful implementation of these changes would result in the
increase of revenue and financial outcomes of the organization. Thus, in short,
DPRC will have more profitability in future if these changes are implemented
successfully.

it has been mentioned that some resistance of antibiotics resistance is one
of the major concerns and risk between the health care centers in recent

the patient requirement of intensive care and emergency. As well as it can be
promoted treatment to concordant with patient to decrease treatment cost. In
this article some of the development has been made to associate the quality
of enhancement with the inventiveness to introduce the palliative care with
the latest diagnosis with patient of cancers along with collaborative effort
among the teams of oncology within outpatient settings. Some pilot
implementations have been made along wit medical oncology clinics. As well as
the main purpose is to normalize and systemize the palliative care. In this
regard it has been said that some guidelines have been presented for the
patient of cancer that they should have to be screened out properly as well
as the proper diagnosis should be made for patients to have their proper treatment.

promoting general consistency in collecting data and for this purpose interview
techniques has been utilized. The usage of this method will eliminate whereasinterview
technique is influential for the answers even if they were given randomly. The

quality manager and the percentage as been seen is 63%.
