Introduction of Lifetime Health:

Human life is full of complications and problems but it’s depending on the human that how to manage all these factors successfully. When a person involves in any kind of addiction then it will cause harmful issues. addiction to any kind of drugs damages the person’s mind and personality. There are lots of people who cannot maintain their personality and having no confidence to talk with others. Self-confidence is a major lack in such types of people and they have no idea how this will damage their mental ability.

 This is very important to take precautionary measurements and take care of your health and personality because when health does not maintain than the life of an addicted person going to destroy and its personality completely ruined. The lack of self-confidence creates lots of issues for people because when people fall in any kind of addiction or drugs then they never develop self-confidence in their personality. Self-assessment is a very important factor which improves the health and personality from time to time. When any lack appears in the personality then it is important to evaluate the personality with different measurements and assessments.

Body of Lifetime Health:

For developing self-confidence, it is very important to determine the wellness of a person from all dimensions because self-confidence needs a proper understanding of the personality and better know the weakness and strong aspect of personality. Determine the personality from the wellness 7 dimensions to determine where the problem arise and create a hurdle in the development of self-confidence. In the wellness dimension, it includes social wellness, emotional wellness, spiritual wellness, environmental wellness, occupational wellness, intellectual wellness, and physical wellness. These all dimensions help to provide a better understanding that which area needs more attention and which wellness is required more in a person to develop its self-confidence. Because when all dimensions are clear according to personality and its attitude then there must be no lack in the personality and its behavior. The transtheoretical model is a complete process of intentional change in behavior. To bring any kind of change in the behavior, this model is very helpful to determine that at what stage the person falls and how much the change affects its behavior according to its stage. Different stages of change explain this model more effectively. When any change brings in the behavior then it is very important for the person and how much he wants to change and for this how much it put efforts. Changes occur according to time management. Normally change behavior happens when any bad habit wants to change or any personality lack appears in the person. The stages of change in this model are; pre-contemplation (not ready), contemplation (getting ready), preparation (ready), action and maintenance. These stages help to determine the willingness of change in a person and how to move in the positive side to get better results. (Pro-Change, 2018)

For developing self-confidence and avoid any kind of bad habit, it is very important to follow some strategies to get better results because people have to observe the personality through self-confidence and when this will absent then no any person can move in the society with happiness . some strategies belong to self-confidence include accept disapprovals, always do your best, embrace whatever it is you love, select effective targets and put effort to achieve them, be prepared for every situation, agree with imperfections, play to your strengths, practice appreciation, give true compliments to others o other also judge you on facts, look in the eyes of people and smile, and the most important is to present yourself with great confidence. When these strategies work effectively then it will help in developing a strong personality and can handle all the self-confidence issues effectively and generate better results for the personality of the person and develop its lifestyle in a better way.
