The company is founded in 1935 by the owner named W. Tyson and its headquarter is based in Springdale AR. Tyson foods inc. is dealing in the production of food chain and operates in different segments such as chicken, beef, pork and other processed food. The company works in the domain to fulfill the demands of the customers. The company is working in the market to compete the manufacturers of food items in the international level. The main target of company is to get the market position in the competitors to identify value-added products in the market (Shepherd, Klaus, Liu, Ramaswamy, DeMali, & Fuentes, 2010).

 The segment of chicken is based on the domestic operations which are related to the food preparing and frozen food in chicken as well as to provide fresh chicken piece for the customers to prepare in home. As this segment is based on domestic needs, there are items processed according to the daily basis which are used by the customers in their routine life. The second segment of Tyson is based on the beef that is based on the food processing which is related to the processing from live castles. It is based on the division of the sub-primal meat and primal meat that is available to the customers in the ready pieces.
